Thankfully won’t be driving out of the way here again. We ordered the $12 dollar value meal. The food wasn’t hot, although it was packaged very nicely! The burgers were not right at all. One with no ketchup or onions, add bacon. One burger plain with nothing on it except to add bacon. Both were plain with pickles and bacon. The staff was polite but looked like they didn’t want to be there. I don’t blame them, it was a cold and dreary day.

Came in to use the restaurant and get a quick bite of breakfast. The frappe coffee machine was broken, and I was told they were waiting on parts. My breakfast sandwich tastes like any other McDonald’s breakfast sandwich at any given time, nothing too exciting.

It’s McDonald’s… over worked, underpaid employees, less that nutritious selection of the same thing, topped with… well, that is the amazing thing about “secret sauce”… Don’t ask, cause there is actually only one answer. “Eat your food and enjoy the packaging”, while the debate continues as to what it actually is you are buying. Expect to pay a minimum of 10$ per person. With ingredients that will leave you wanting within an hour.

Short wait to order food and the food was quickly prepared. They shorted us on the mustard and ketchup. This made the cheese burger a little dry.

Abilene Staple. Great spot to meet a local. Good breakfast, lunch and dinner. Mostly home cooking and good prices. I would describe this place as a great Diner. I most recently had the Denver Omelette and it was hot and delicious. Crispy hash browns and white toast.

Not bad. Quick and friendly. Food was good, but not super flavorful. We had the biscuits and gravy (tasted good) and the Joe Snuffy Skillet (lacked flavor). But again, nice place and very good service!

Absolutely loved this place! I had the fried chicken, mashed potatoes (which are the real thing), green beans, side salad, and big, delicious roll and butter. Everything was excellent, hot and tasty. The staff were all friendly, helpful, and quick with service. Enjoyed the decor and atmosphere as well. Absolutely recommend Joe Snuffy’s to anyone looking for a great meal in Abilene!

Ever since my wife took me to her favorite hometown restaurant, it is most definitely mine and our families go to for breakfast and lunch. It’s owned by some of the nicest people I’ve met who are always welcoming and happy to see you when you come in. The food is always great whether it be an omelette with meat and cheese (great by the way any time of day), burger, biscuits and gravy, or any other item on the menu they are always cooked with perfection.

Without a doubt I would recommend if you’re coming into town to visit or take in some history, Joe Snuffy’s should be on your list to stop in and have a wonderful meal.

A grill with plenty of options. Food taste like home cooking. A good selection of beers on tap and in bottles. I like the unique bar decor with beer caps and cool concrete slab as the table top. Large portions. The chicken Alfredo with broccoli was a hit!

Clean restrooms. Ample seating both indoor and outdoor. Staff was very welcoming.

A little home town spot in Abilene worth a try. The service was friendly and attentive. The mushroom swiss burger I had was flavorful and done well! Atmosphere on the patio was nice. We enjoyed our meal for sure.

No wonder this place is always crowded! So good!! We went for lunch and it was almost full. The service was still fast and friendly. The food was awesome 👌 👏. They have a full bar and outdoor seating. TV 📺 everywhere so you don’t miss a game. Plenty of parking. All burgers can be made with a black bean patty for a vegetarian option.

Good food, quick and very fresh. Good service, polite and accurate. The wrap I got was exactly as I’d ordered and everything in it was fresh and tasted great. The place was clean and well maintained. They got me in and back on the road quick with no problems or complaints at all.

We were looking at some farmland north of Abilene, Kansas and came back to town for lunch. I like to try the places with the most pickups trucks. The parking lot of full of farm and ranch trucks. We had the luncheon Chicken Fried Steak that comes with a homemade sourdough roll and mashed potatoes. Cost $9.00. It was a huge “luncheon” special. Prepared to perfection. One of the best I have ever had. Well worth the stop and will be back again. Service staff were fantastic.

Called customer service to let them be aware of a pack of four pork loin chops that were dated today December 29th 2002
And I open them up because I immediately put meet dated on the day that I bought it into the freezer and I’ve never had this problem before. When I opened the pack of chops up to put them in my freezer bag the odor was very rank
When I told the person I spoke to at customer service about this problem she did not say she was sorry or we would be glad to exchange it or refund the money for that pack of chops. The only reply I got was she would let the meat department know about it.
I have always had great service at West and was really surprised to have been received in that Manor.

I live in Salina but we came to visit a family member that was sick so i spent the night to take care of her. Next day i came to the store for some groceries unfortunately for me i didn’t had another set of clothes so i wore the same clothes i looked tired, anyhow i noticed some of the employees were looking at me like making fun of my looks perhaps or for the fact Iam Spanic? Or simply they thought I was a hobo or homeless. On top of that some prices were outrageous. The head of lettuce was $4.99 I thought it was a joke. Anyhow i spent close to $75 dlls. That day.

Countrymart is one of the best grocery stores I’ve ever been too. They have such a variety of groceries and prices are reasonable. The owners and staff do an outstanding job there!!!!

Holy smokes this place is awesome. My wife and I ate there this last Sunday and we shared a full slab of ribs. $26.99 complete with two sides and soup/salad. Drink prices are reasonable and the service was quick and courteous. Oh yeah, those ribs – they were amongst some of the best I have ever eaten and I’ve had BBQ all over this country. Choice of sweet or spicy and we opted for the spicy sauce. Incredible. I would have snapped a photo of them but I was too busy enjoying them.

An old time feel with a very awesome menu!!! The street tacos are amazing! Actually I was shocked to get such delicious tacos in Kansas! Our server Nick was great! Everyone was welcoming and the place is clean with pics of Ike Eisenhower everywhere. Cool place.

A real down home bar and grill with a rural Kansas feel. A great selection of American comfort food. If you can’t decide try the chicken fried chicken. “Schnitzel” is a staple of German immigrant cuisine and you are in its homeland! A quick cruise down the main thoroughfare will place you in walking distance of all the tourist attractions.

My brother and I always get an appetizer when we go however this time we were disappointed. We normally get the California rolls which are very good but this time we tried the bacon covered jalapeno poppers. They were new and the menu said that we would get 8 of them. When we got our appetizer there was only 6. We were wondering why we got 6 instead of 8. My brother told a server that we only got 6 instead of 8. He told us that he will go check on that but never said anything to us until I said something. He told us that 6 was the correct amount and we said no it’s not. Your menu says 8. He said that they are getting new menus. I got a hold of our waitress and told her what was going on. She told us that the menu is new and so is the bacon covered jalapenos but she will go find out why we got 6 instead of 8 so she left to go find out but ignored us just like the server so I had to holler at her so we could find out what is going on. She told us that they are getting new menus and the poppers is a typo. It felt like we were getting the run around. I’ve been in there since several times and the menu is still the same one. Our waitress didn’t come around much either. 2 out of the 3 times I’ve been there we had the same waitress and she did the same thing. Not impressed. It sucks when you don’t have many options to choose from.
