First time dining here. Outstanding service all around!! Their Chicken/Sausage Gumbo was delicious, and perfectly spiced. First time trying Gulf seafood. I guess it’s an acquired taste? We’re used to eating seafood from the ocean, so all the Gulf seafood we ordered had a very distinct taste to them…all tasted extremely fishy, and something else that we couldn’t pinpoint on what it was. If you watch your daily salt intake, I’d highly recommend telling your server to go easy on the salt when the cooks prepare your meals. Love how they also offer military discounts to their patrons.By DeLisa Donnelly (10 months ago)I have eating here many time and always seem to get the fried Seafood combo for a reason, it is pretty good. The best thing is their cheesecake. Light and tasty with an excellent gram cracker crust. Pour some blueberries over the top and a glass of milk on the side, just WOW! Service is always good and expect to be back next time I’m in Lafayette.By Shawn Thibodeaux (6 months ago)Omg good! Our waitress was super friendly and attentive. Everything we got was so delicious! Drinks were good as well. Prices very reasonable. Wish it was closer to home cause I’d be there all the time. There was one thing that was off putting though…the smell. The only way I can describe it is a dirty baby diaper. Seriously, it was awful.By Carla Swartz (4 months ago)Recommended by our hotel desk clerk, and he was spot on. Everything was delicious. The charbroiled oysters and jacked up shrimp were OMG good! Our waitress, Victoria, was super helpful and friendly. Couldn’t have asked for a better Cajun dinner.By Roving Vails (3 months ago)A totally honest and unbiased review: The perfect place for any anniversary, baby shower, wedding event or birthday! I’ve been working here for 6-7 years now and when I say customer satisfaction is key here-it’s literally what we strive for. Out of all of the places I’ve worked, Don’s is the only place that will go out of their way to purchase all of these decorations for any event to keep the guests coming back.By Tyler Hernandez (5 months ago)

My favorite part of my trip to Louisiana. Good service makes return customers and the staff at Bon Temps were AMAZING!! Server was on point, she was kind and knowledgeable of the menu and treated my family amazingly. The manager came by and dropped off free dessert cards to prompt a 2nd visit. She was super amazing as well. This will be our best memory of Louisiana.By Sebastian Rodriguez Garcia (5 months ago)First off, Sam was awesome with menu suggestions. She highly recommended the catfish and it was fantastic! The sauce that goes over the catfish is splendid as it adds a Louisiana flavor without the heat. Then, the bread pudding is the best I’ve had in a very long time. Finally, the scenery and traditional New Orleans music 🎶 that was playing added the final touch. I look forward to returning to Bon Temps Grill.By Brian Smith (9 months ago)Food was great, service was nice and helpful with recommendations. The cheesy grits were the only meh item on the menu. Pricing could be like $2-$4 cheaper but the flavor is definitely there. My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Would happily go again if I were in town.By Jahil Parker (2 months ago)Another spot recommended by our hotel clerk. It definitely lived up to expectations. Cool vibe with a neighborhood feel. Everything was delicious but the ribs were a little cold when they came out. However, red beans and rice and corn and crab bisque were amazing!By Roving Vails (3 months ago)Had a nice family lunch here. It was my first time and I can say they didn’t disappoint. We started with an appetizer the alligator bites. Shortly after our food was at the table. My wife order the prime rib with Brussel sprouts. This thing was massive and cooked to perfection(wife’s perfection). My son ordered the pesto with shrimp. I ordered the meatloaf but the spicy version with potatoes.By Harold Robertson (8 months ago)

Excellent food, excellent service! Server Sebastian was VERY attentive to all our needs. The only thing they should change is napkins. The napkins are terrible! Paper towels on a stick would be better.By Kevin Taylor (8 months ago)I have been wanting to try Fiery Crab for a while. I heard that the price was high for the amount of food you get. We were greeted by our waitress (Hannah). She was all smiles and welcoming and when we asked about the menu, she explained in detail the way they boil their seafood. The atmosphere was quiet, dimly lit, and multiple tvs w/ sports on. They were running a special (buy 1 pound of seafood and get a 1/2 pound of easy peel shrimp for $1. Now we have leftovers (lunch tomorrow). The only reason I am only giving a 4⭐️ review is that the food was hard to peel and any canjun knows that over cooking your seafood is like burning your bbq. Hope this helpsBy Kenny Axtell (4 months ago)Sooo good that I had it 2 times in a row for dinner.
1/2 lb Snow Crab Legs
1/2 lb Shrimp

Came with potato, corn, and andouille sausage. Omgg and let me not forget the crawfish dip 😋. Will revisit again when I visit again.Alexis was our waitress; she was awesome!!
By Tiffany R (8 months ago)Recently ate at this restaurant after hearing so much mention of it. Attended birthday party the waitress was great. She served 18 people with ease! The buffet was $25.. the food was good. We were placed in a room and had joining tables. Older building, could use some remodeling.. I applauded our waitress she was amazing! Drinks were not strong. Overall good experience 😊By Melissa F (a year ago)Food was all pretty decent except for the gumbo. It tasted like shrimp water. Our waitress amy was working hee butt off for sure and was doing it with a great attitude and a smile on her face.By Carla Swartz (5 months ago)A found out about this place on TikTok. I added it to my memory bank to eat here when my husband an I had no kids. We have a 2 year old an a 6 year old. When we want to eat crabs we don’t like to take children. We arrived at 5:30 pm. The parking lot seemed so full. We arrived and was promptly seated. We checked out the buffet and opted for it. The waitress was very friendly and explained everything. We ordered each a Diet Dr. Pepper and got in line. The line was a little long at this time. But none of the food was empty. There were several employees keeping everything filled. The shrimp etouffee was AMAZING. The fried catfish was great. The boiled shrimp was great. The fried shrimp were good. The corn, potatos, and boiled crabs were WONDERFUL. Everything was great. Will definitely go here again. 10/10!By Mandie Trahan (2 months ago)The food was great! My eyes were bigger than my stomach. I wanted to eat everything on the buffet times two.
Due to COVID-19 safety precautions, there are servers at the buffet. They are very friendly and very generous with the serving sizes.
My Waiter was very attentive even though it was pretty busy. He made sure that our table was cleared and drinks were refilled when needed.
By Christina Hanchett (a year ago)Very fast and friendly service. The parking lot was packed so I thought we would have to wait but the place is really big! The buffet items were hot and fresh. The boiled crabs and shrimp were cooked to perfection and well seasoned. The fried seafood was great as well. Very rarely does my husband like fried catfish from a restaurant, even those so called cajun, but he really liked these!By Annie Bergeron (2 months ago)

The service here is super friendly and attentive. The Bloody Mary here is very good. I did not care for the chicken and andouille gumbo that my wife ordered. It had a weird gelatinous texture that is off-putting. We both liked my dish, the Shrimp and Eggplant Stack. It came with 3 breaded and fried sliced eggplant pieces that were sliced at the perfect thickness. There were plenty of shrimp and the sauce was pretty good. The sauce could be more seasoned in my opinion. We enjoyed sitting on the outdoor patio with beautiful weather and a nice breeze.By Kerry Thibodeaux (3 months ago)Overall, a good restaurant. Service is ok. Oysters are top notch in all variants they serve them in. The fried shrimp plate is remarkably average though compared to others in area.By André Thibodeaux (a week ago)Lobster was very stinky. Just look how ashy it looks in the photo. Had to send it back. Got another petite steak instead, but it was tough. Atmosphere is nicer at red lobster. It felt like we were at a golden corral. Service was fast, but not the caliber you’d expect for these prices. Example, food runners don’t know who ordered what. Dirty dishes not cleared, Drinks not refilled, Etc. Plus, who puts out micro tubs of margarine spread instead of real butter? We won’t be back.By Eric Sorensen (9 months ago)We are from SC and it was our first time at Drago’s. The food was awesome! Dillon was our server and the BEST! He was so nice, friendly, he gave his recommendations and did not disappoint!By Jessica Greene (a year ago)The food was not good at all. The fried shrimp tasted like flour. The spinach dip was watery. The shrimp and eggplant stack was soggy fried eggplant and grilled shrimp topped with canned Ragu and cream of mushroom soup. Terrible. The French fries and the sweet potato fries were good. The onion rings still had flour inside of them. The cheesecake dessert was alright but the weirdest cheesecake I’ve ever seen. First of all we went notified that there was a raspberry sauce on top and neither of us like raspberries. The “crust” on the bottom felt like pop rocks when eating it. The lemon drop martini was foamy and tasted like Minute Maid lemon juice. Paid $135 for one of the worst meals I’ve had. Would not go back.By Lindy Fortier (a year ago)
