Stopped by The Foundry tonight for
The first time. Food was exceptional. Our Server was Maria. Everything about the experience was superb! Maria was great! Always had a smile. She was prompt, polite, clearly loves her job and is great at it! Go check them out!By Lisa Champagne (a month ago)Fantastic experience. Service was more than decent, the ambience is top tier. The drinks were absolutely perfect. The food was some of the most pristine fare I’ve ever had. I pride myself on these things being a Chef and a foodie. The Foundry has what it takes to shake a food scene up. I’m excited to see some seasonal menu changes for fall!By Cory John Lockhart (4 months ago)Food was fantastic. Definitely worth going back. Mixed drinks needed some love. Too much sour mix. Larger people should be sat at a table not a booth. It was a little awkward. Waitress and other staff were super friendly. All in all a nice evening.By Michelle Bancroft (3 weeks ago)Food was top notch, I think we binged on that bread and butter 😅🤤 in all honesty.
Nice decor and atmosphere, beautiful at night.
Within walking distance of some malls and transport centers.
Staff was friendly and courteous, however service was busy so they were a little overwhelmed.
Would go back.
Make sure to reserve to avoid bottleneck and pay attention to menus and specials.By Ramon Hoo (11 months ago)This restaurant is very nice aesthetically. Drinks are amazingly thought out and well done. Menu is pricey but we had the french onion soup and poutine. Both were good.My only issue… there are huge windows and I wouldn’t recommend eating here at sundown because there are no shades. The windows are coated with something to help, but, our table was pointed in a way that I was staring directly into the sun the entire time. We would have stayed longer and ordered more if I could have been comfortable while eating.
When another guest asked about the sunlight, a waitress responded “well, it will set soon”. That just doesn’t seem like a great option, especially when the windows are so tall, you’re in the direct sun for a good deal of time.

WOW! Sirsy and cheap cocktails! What a great combination. Especially since I was not driving. As Melanie says “We don’t know when we will play here again, so come every night until you see us.” Great sound in the venue by sound mixer. Fast friendly barmaids. Not sure about food, we didn’t eat there so I’ll let you decide for yourself.By J Droid Dennis (11 months ago)I ordered take out, so I didn’t didn’t expect my food to be piping hot as it is snowing and cold outside currently. But I don’t think that’s an excuse for black irish sausage. Usually when I have it in the restaurant it is fantastic. A pleasant red brownish hue and very flavorful. This time it was as black as blood pudding and tasted like charcoal.By Thomas Hickman (a week ago)Great Irish bar, outdoor seating, live music on weekends, and they will print stuff on your beer! They also had vegetarian options and a special which was yummy.By Nicole BG (6 months ago)This place has excellent food and great service. The best fish and chips I’ve ever had.By Nepharan Dompene (6 months ago)Really good food. I got the corned beef reuben. I chose these type of fries. Very good and I will go back. Nicely priced.By STARSD (6 months ago)

My husband made reservations here for a late Valentine’s dinner. He accidentally reserved our table a week later than he wanted and when he called to fix it Raine helped him and moved things around so we were able to have it on the day he meant to book. Our server Joe was excellent. Attentive and knowledgeable. To say the food was delicious would be an understatement. Everything from our drinks to the bread to our main course and dessert was outstanding and far exceeded our expectations. We ordered the rack of lamb and the delmonico both were cooked to perfection. We will be coming again and will be requesting a table near the piano on a Saturday.By Ruth Curtis (11 months ago)We went to celebrate a friend’s birthday and had such an amazing time! The food & drinks were absolutely fantastic and the atmosphere was great. We didnt feel rushed while eating and chatting. Our waitress was wonderful. We will definitely go back for special occasions. The price of the meal was exactly what we expected to pay and reasonable with the amount of food that we got.By Molly Lewis (10 months ago)Celebrated my birthday here it was amazing. Service, food, staff, and atmosphere were phenomenal!! Definitely recommend for couples who want to experience fine dining & romance:) shoutout to Liam for awesome service!By Nai Cab (a month ago)Unbelievable service, even better food. It’s expensive but you get what you pay for. Best steaks around and a great selection of wines and whiskeys. Our server Nikia was amazing and super knowledgeable. If you need a place to go for a birthday/anniversary this is the place to go!By Andrew DAmour (5 months ago)If I could give it 6 stars I would. Everything I ordered was exquisite. The service was great and the atmosphere ( jazz music playing in a calm dining area with a 19th century look) was relaxing. This is by far the fanciest restaurant I’ve ever reviewed.By John Panos (5 months ago)

We’re on our way to the Blakebrook Getaway. This restaurant is amazing! Tasty tuna appetizer with an Asian fusion twist, definitely worth a try. Fresh and huge portions lobster roll with great price. Mussels were sautéed perfectly with crunchy bread sticks to dip the sauce, which is the best I’ve tried. Overall great dining experience, will come again!By Yu-An Chen (2 months ago)First time here but not the last! The food was so delicious. Bartender Jordon not only was informative about the food we were ordering she was amazing at her job. We met great new people! Fun night , Thank youBy T. Beaulieu (8 months ago)This was our first visit to Hooked. We have had tacos from them at Taco Tour and were excited to make a reservation and try the entire restaurant experience. I will not go back.
It was so loud our party of 5 had a hard time enjoying a coversation. The hostess tried seating us a a tabletop for 4. The waitress, Amber, only told us about appetizer specials and never told us there were any entree specials.
Half of the appetizers were good, half were not. The shrimp spring rolls had a mushy consistency to them.
The same thing happened with our entrees. Two of the five dishes were good and three were not.
The two desserts that were ordered were good.
By Terrie Bourque (2 months ago)We can’t stop talking about how amazing the food is here! We ordered the seafood cioppino to compare it to San Francisco’s, where it originated. We tried the cioppino at 2 restaurants last year while visiting San Fran. Hooked’s version blew San Fran’s out of the water! It was probably the best dish I’ve ever eaten. The bacon-wrapped scallops were a delicious appetizer, with a yummy sauce over huge, tender scallops. Our server was the most delightful person who has been there for 12 years. The owner visited our table and we love that! You must go to Hooked if you’re anywhere near Manchester, New Hampshire.By HELEN WILT (3 months ago)Small place so reservations are highly recommended, however it was layer in the evening and took a chance to see if my wife and I could get a table. By chance they were able to get us in. After searching for a parking space for 15 minutes we were able to make our way there. We were seated at the bar and were immediately greater by the bartender who took our order and gave us menus and told us about the specials.
We ordered our entrees which were the seafood mixed grill. All I can say is wow. The food was fantastic and would definitely come back again, but would make reservations this time.

Great place to get some fried seafood delicacies! I had the clam belly plate and was happy as a clam with my food! Pun intended of course 😁 We also had some ice cream for dessert which was also very god, chocolate with peanut butter swirl! It seems a bit pricey but the food and staff all make it worth the price so stop in and get some food food.
I’ve been coming here every since I was a kid mainly for ice cream, but I tried their clam strips out the other day and I wasn’t sure what to expect, but they were actually pretty good! We also got 4 ice creams which were delicious, but a little difficult to eat out of the cup as they forgot to give us spoons!
Classic local counter service with burgers, fried seafood and more. Popular stop for ice cream and outdoor window service. It can get busy and food made to order, so not fast food. I enjoyed a lobster roll, nicely toasted buttered hot dog bun and the mayo and lobster was fresh and sweet. While I recommend the lobster roll, it was small, but the price was balanced to match. Fries seemed battered and crispy. Cole slaw was chopped fine, almost pureed, very wet and under seasoned in a small lidded cup i would expect to see a side sauce served in. Fountain drink cups are perhaps 12 oz and small, however refilling is an option. Overall it was a blast from the past and worth the visit.
Worse experience. Been coming here for 20+ years. Chicken tnders tasted like they were store bought frozen. These are definately different. The price went up 3.00, less onion rings and chicken. Food was cold. Also price adjustment again starting september 1st.
Only came here for the ice cream! The Maple Walnut is a staple in New England and they have some tasty stuff! Highly recommend getting if you’re looking for some good old New England ice cream! So creamy and delicious flavors!
