I had my hands full… Out of town and got a flat tire out on the interstate. I had to buy a grinder, cut off blades, extention cords and cutting oil. I couldn’t find the cutting oil and out of know where the manager, a big fellow. Came out of his office and offered me some help. Very thankful!
My spare tire wouldn’t come out from under my truck, so I had to cut it out. Triple AAA had some local guy, in this town come out and he wouldn’t help, not even give me a ride to the store to buy the grinder. I had to drive on my Rim to the gas station off the exit because I had a car dolly. Anyways, thank you Harbor Freight Tools!

This is one store I couldn’t find a complaint if I tried! The customer service is top notch, Ernie is the most amazing employee, we love going in & seeing his face. The store is always super clean & they do an amazing job at keeping the restrooms fresh. Let’s not forget to mention the deals are great as well!

I can say without doubt that I would not recommend anyone seek work through this branch if they are paired up with Samantha like I was. She was incredibly rude, and clearly offended that I didn’t want to work the jobs she was offering me. Twice I tried to go through her, both times I asked for an office job, first time she offered me a job at the capital building, and come to find out it wasn’t in the office, it was landscaping, so I turned it down. Then the most recent time I told her the same thing, I want an office position, and she set me up with a job at the state garage. But again, not what I asked for. I spent the entire day driving around running errands, and lifting tires into a dumpster, didn’t even touch a computer once. She told me that those jobs were all she had available, but my fiance went through a different person there at the same time who had her setup with an office job immediately. When I tried to get work from someone else, I had a job lined up, but they said I had to speak with Samantha to pull the previous job off my account. When I called her she was again, incredibly rude, told me that I wasn’t going to get more work from them, and then called the other worker and told her not to offer me work because I had a bad review. Now I am told that I cannot seek work through them for at least 6 months because Samantha has informed everyone of what a poor worker I am, when I have not even managed to successfully work a job through them, all because I didn’t want to work the jobs she was offering me, despite me being very polite with her even with her attitude and the way she was speaking to me. And now I can’t even get the little bit of pay I earned because she has refused to help me with putting in my hours. So again, if you go through them, avoid working with Samantha. I’m sure you’d have a decent experience with anyone else. I will not be sending them anyone else, and my fiance is already seeking work through another company due to the way I was treated by Samantha.

They are not bad, reasonable time to get loaded, really good security guard. They always talking about not working so much overtime and letting employees have Sunday off; however that lasted two weeks and then employees were back to working 7 days a week. It be nice for them to have 1 day off but it’s factory so not much to expect

It is a company that pays well but it is 7 days, there are no bonuses or any other benefits, currently people are recruited by agencies without verifying their immigration status, which at this time has its maximum capacity, of people without papers and nothing happens to the end for them only people represent numbers and billions of money of which the worker is not gratified with more demanding to be 7 working days human resources terrible in their work
