Was checking out while holding my 3 year old with my expecting wife and the associate assisting cashier Wendi A. at 5:54pm on 12/28/22 said “I hate people who don’t unload their cart”. So I went to offer my assistance while holding my 3 year old and she then she was quiet until Ms. Wendi said in a nice voice that they had it. (Thank you Wendi for being polite) I work in retail and promise I would never treat a customer they way my wife and I were treated. I understand this is a courtesy to assist with unloading the groceries which I or my wife would normally do, however, we were not able to do it this time do to the circumstances I referenced as well as most of our items were scanned in the cart and did not have to be placed on the register. I am a very good customer I can promise you, but today may have pushed me out for good. Manager please re-train this employee as their current occupation is customer service and they clearly can not handle it. Thanks

I like this store. I usually go on Sundays with everyone else in Baton Rouge, but I don’t recommend Sunday because it’s usually packed. Costco usually does a great job managing the crowds. The cashiers are friendly and fast. Their items are usually good quality at fair prices.

Dutch oven on sale is awesome for $40. It’s a 7 quart and they had multiple colors to choose from. Seasoning section is a game changer. Very happy with Costco membership so just updated for another year. Go get you one now!

The place is always nice and clean. The checkout lines are pretty efficient. But they made me love the pickled red onions and then took them away, so I’m taking away a star🤣

Excellently laid out store. Very clean with a large optical center. Staff is kind and efficient. The prices are very economical. But as usual make sure you use it before the expiration date to make the most of your money.

The Good: Staging area is to the right of guard shack. 2 clean port o potties. Receiving is at door 49. Large break area/restrooms there. Staff is nice from guard shack to receiving desk/window.
The BAD:
Appt was at 12am. Checked in at 11:30pm. Assigned door at 12:45am. Docked at 1am. Unload started at 1:30am ended at 2:45 am. It’s 6:00am and I STILL HAVENT GOTTEN MY BOL! I paid my lumber fee at 3am. Been here 6 hours now after spending 12 hours at their other warehouse in Pearl river yesterday…. Almost an entire day to unload 12 pallets. Book associated grocers when you want to lose money and time

Security is nice and check in is nice but the wait for the paperwork is ridiculous, and the 430 lumper fee is crazy when you have to pay before service is rendered is totally wrong. Because they get the money they take their time to get paperwork back to the driver going on 7 hours to off load my truck is ridiculous

Meh. Mixed feelings about this warehouse. Not good or bad. Appt was at 2:30am. Checked in at 11pm and they sent me to parking area. Slept till 3am when they gave me a door. Went in, slept till 5am when released. $75 Lumper fee. Can’t stay there afterwards.

Appointment time was at 0200. I arrived at 0145. Got into a door by 0200. So far so good. I got a message saying my truck was ready to check out at 0345 and to pay 430 dollars. I go into get my paperwork and was told it’s not ready yet and to wait for a phone call. Still waiting at 0550.

AVOID! Check in starts at 11pm. Wasn’t given a door until 12am. Didn’t get unloaded until 6am. Paperwork took another hour. If I could give it no stars, that would be the rating.

Bad experience through this staffing service,got sent to a job by mona Bruton,knowing tried to rush me to the job,pay wasn’t good,lied to me said this job they sent me too was building a new facility just to get me over there so they can make a buck off sending me there.i was sent to this miserable job for miserable pay,she knew about the reputation of this job prince rubber and plastics,lied and said if it don’t work out she’ll find me another job,threw me under the bus ,hadn’t heard from mona since June 2022 all a sudden she emailed me with another job way in pontchutula,for 17$an hour,trying to use me as a disparity, just to fill the job and cover her self,and and make money off sending me to an assignment.just left me hanging for 3 to 4 months,I had to find employment elsewhere.never again will this Ammon Staffing scam me again.They tried throwing me just any job for low pay just recently this month September.Wont scam me again sorry.

I highly recommend Ammon Healthcare! I am a student at Live Oak Junior High in the 8th grade. We were offered an opportunity to Job shadow a person with an occupation. I chose my grandmother, Sandra Grant. She works in the healthcare division of Ammon Staffing. I’ll be honest going into it; I thought it would not be the most thrilling experience. But boy, was I wrong! All of the employees had such positive and amazing personalities. I made many friends that day and had such a fantastic experience!!! I highly recommend AMMON!

Loaded at warehouse 11. Was not the easiest place to back into but doable. Everyone was nice that I had interaction with. Checked in at 8:00am and out at 11:00am so overall my experience was a positive one with this company. Had overnight parking which was a plus because there was no place to park at any of the truck stops.

One of the drivers warned me about this place.
Last time he was here, he checked in at 8 A.M.
Didn’t get loaded til 5!
It’s tracking that way for me.
I checked in at 8 and now it’s 13:45!
DO NOT COME HERE!
Now it’s 15:03, STILL WAITING!
16:02, STILL WAITING!
17:50, STILL WAITING!
When I was an owner operator, I had left places like this!
19:20, STILL WAITING!
20:08, got the phone call!

DO NOT SHOW UP BEFORE YOUR APPT. They will not take you and simply tell you the product is not ready. Showed up at 10:30am for a 3pm appt. Did not get a call until 3:45pm and then had to drive to a warehouse about 10 minutes away. Didn’t get loaded and rolling till about 5:45pm. Warehouse 14

Workers aren’t rude just slower than molasses .

Been to this place twice. Picked up at the port warehouse once and at warehouse 14. Warehouse 14 was blindside from the 4 lane street but traffic was minimal and the alley style docking was wide. Around 14:00 weekday was the time in case anyone trying to judge the traffic for the blindside one. They have warehouses spread out in different parts of the city so you will be directed to one of those after checking in at the shipping and receiving office. The lady at the shipping window was also nice. Both times I came the process averaged about 1 1/2 hours between the two

Lofton Staffing use to be a good company in early 2000s. Now its a bunch of Staffing employees low balling people on their pay. The only reason I gave them a 1 star, was to write this comment. Other then that they wouldn’t get nothing from me. Anybody seeing this comment please don’t waste your time with this company. Companies are paying you way more money then this company.

Very disappointed by the staffing as a eager to work employee. Company had jobs listed online for immediate job that I was strongly qualified for I personally did another application for the job. Called the following day and asked job was still opened. Staff said she would call me right back I never received a called back. This happened on more than 4 accounts in only 2 months with no employment threw the company. Baton Rouge La Lofton staffing location will never be recommended by me for people who need employment.

Lofton Staffing has been the best employment agency I’ve ever had the pleasure of using.
