It’s one of the places where you don’t have to feel as guilty about eating out. Really fresh ingredients and nutritious. The ancient grains bowl was Soo delicious and flavorful, mix of different texture! Highly recommend if you’re vegan to get it. They have rotating seasonal menus, so you can come back another time to try out their new dishes next season. Servers are very friendly. Good vibes.

Absolutely delightful. Our waitress Nadia gave us good recommendations and great service!

Food was exceptionally healthy and delicious too. The double veggie burger was outstanding. The other standout was the squash pie with coconut whipped topping (see picture).

The squash pizza was great, as was the ancient grains bowl. Good drinks too! Limited beer selection but the Dogfish Head IPA was good!

Service was friendly and attentive. Cocktails were on point. Appetizers were amazing. Definitely try the hummus it’s so flavorful! My burger was cooked PERFECTLY and dessert hit the spot. The ambiance was inviting and even my three year old loved the food.

The Good earth kale Cobb salad and the charred cauliflower was so delicious the best things we ordered. The drinks were good but not sweet at all very refreshing. The hummus needed a little more flavor less cumin but still good.

Not busy, clean and cool modern look, comfy 1-sided booth. I ordered the Korean noodle boy- gluten free because noodles are made of sweet potatoes. It is just a tad spicy which was perfect for me. Flavors are rich. My mouth was in shock with all the flavors infused into the mushroom I first tasted. Wow! Lots of vegan and gluten free options. My bowl was $14.50 + $4.00 for tofu.
A little pricey for me, but delicious.

Their food is crafted to be fresh and seasonal. I love all the healthy options. It was delicious and we enjoyed every bite. The ambiance was great. The customer service could have been better. I definitely suggest you reserve your seating online, because they do get busy on the weekends. We will definitely be back to try more menu items. 👍🤤

First time here and it was quite an experience on my palate! The app was truly shareable. My drink was savory whule waiting for my meal. The Korean noodles with steak was delish. It had just the right amount of spicy and filling. The service was quick. Spacing between tables was good, so you don’t feel as crowded. Definitely coming back to try other items on the menu.

Stumbled upon True food kitchen while looking for a place to stop for a quick dinner in the Domain. After experiencing a world war z-type stampede of people trying to get into North Italia, we decided to walk over and check out True and we’re so pleasantly surprised. Fresh, seasonal dishes and hand-crafted cocktails. The hummus was delicious as well as the charred cauliflower appetizer. The skinny margarita was refreshing. Overall, a lovely experience.

If you like eating holistically and like to consume sustenance that’s actually delicious and flavorful then this place is it. This place is on the more costly side due to the quality of the food, but that is due to catering to people that eat more on the healthier side & they specifically source their food. I had an amazing waitress that had a vivacious personality & she was knowledgeable of the menu & made some delicious suggestions. I ordered the Korean Steak 🥩 that was on a delicious bed of Forbidden 🍚 & when I tell you I had a FOODGAMS, I had a foodgams. Overall great service, aesthetically pleasing interior, delicious food, & stellar customer service from my waitress:

Absolutely love Flower Child! The food is fresh, healthy, and extremely well made. We’ve had lunch at Flower Child several times now and always seem to choose the same entrée (turkey avocado Cobb salad) because we love it so much!! The menu is fantastic and there are so many delicious entrees…we’ve decided to try something new the next time 🙂

Great place for those with dietary restrictions and health conscious. I love how they set up their menu with symbols for vegan, vegetarian and gluten free so you can easily identify and how protein is a choice to add to any dish giving us vegetarians way more choices! The food is yummy and comes out very fast. The atmosphere is lively and inviting. Staff is friendly. They do change some items according to the season. The tofu is bland and not appetizing. I wish they would offer more plant based protein in their dishes as most of them are not well balanced macro nutrient wise, just carb heavy.

I’ll gladly pay $2 extra for avocado, but not for this sad, bruised avocado. I was really looking forward to trying the Glow bowl too… also I love shiitake mushrooms, so I was sad to see that my bowl barely had any.

This place was ok! I tried a couple of things; the street tacos and the fried vegan chicken sandwich. I think I liked the chicken sandwich better. It taste like the Gardein brand chicken. It had a tasty sauce with kale and it came with fries. The street tacos were ok; they lacked flavor in my opinion. The place is a little pricey. The font on the menu is really small and hard to read; it’s placed up high on the wall behind the register. I think it’s one of those places you have to try at least once for yourself to see if you like it. There was quite a bit to choose from but the nice thing about it is that everything is vegan!!.

Normally love this location — it’s really in a great spot and never too busy. However, I was a bit disappointed after today’s order. I got the Glow Bowl again, an item that I have had on numerous occasions. This time, the portions were a bit… sparse. Delicious! But the container looked almost empty! Here’s the Turkey Avocado Cobb Salad I also got for reference. Wish I could say you don’t see this often with to-go orders, but it’s something you see everywhere now. Hoping I can chalk this up as a one-time occurrence.

Honest Mary’s, how have I not been prior?!? This is now my go-to spot for healthy options. It is a little pricey but you are paying for quality! The Smoky Poblano bowl was excellent. First time, definitely not the last!

First time here, the food was absolutely amazing. They serve Mayawell beverages that support digestion in a few different flavors as well. The food is fresh and the quality is great. I’ll be back for sure.

Looks nice from outside and in, but the poke bowls are substandard. Not good at all. And the prices not great either. The tuna wasn’t fresh, and they’re quite stingy with the ingredients. Wouldn’t come back. How this place has 4.5 is beyond me 😂

Wow!! I LOVE this concept. I’m stuffed and satisfied but I don’t feel gross because I had all whole foods. I ordered the Farmers Market build your own bowl. The brussel sprouts and broccoli were both roasted and seasoned perfectly. Every component was delicious and the price was pretty great for a huge bowl of grains and vegetables. We will definitely be back. The place was clean and pretty too.

First time here. The place was clean and the food was tasty. I liked the focus on healthy, clean eating. I would have given it a five star except portions were *really* small and when I asked to add sweet potatoes, they wanted to charge extra. (The price point was definitely not at snack size.) In general, I think portion sizes are too large at restaurants, but this was on the other side of the spectrum. Other than that, this is a place I would return to and try other options – just with the expectation that I might still be hungry, especially if I’ve worked out that day and burned a lot of calories.

My go to lunch place. Make sure you come here before or after the lunch rush hour, like all Austin restaurants they are under staffed. My favorite is the summer special AHI TUNA SALAD. So so so good, so much inside you have to take it home. It’s on the pricier side for salad— like $18 but it’s so worth if.

First place we found out about this restaurant. Love the street corn pizza. The soups pair well with the pizza too. We will try other things another time. For now it’s addiction to street corn pizza. I’ve seen reviews saying steak needs some work. Probably will stay away from that too. Staff here are sweet and friendly.

Disappointed. This place was awesome a couple years ago. Flat iron steak is advertised on their site as being “cooked to a perfect medium rare” and it’s definitely well done, dry, cold, flavorless. the potatoes were also tough and cold. $10 for 1/2 salad and the highlights are inedible.

Ordered pizza, salmon curry bowl and protein bowl with steak.

    – food was late (25 mins of waiting)
    – pizza was overly wet, literally with water when you lift a slice
    – curry bowl- we thought it was a soup dish since the curry was literally overflowing and thought it didn’t have any rice
    – steak bowl- steak was over cooked- I seriously don’t know what it wanted to showcase in terms of flavors

    – beautiful interior, amazing packaging/marketing and overall feel but they forgot the most important- customer service and quality of food

Appetizing sweet potato soup. The blueberry pesto sandwich was quite refreshing and unexpectedly good. Wish they had some more vegetarian offerings though.
