Great place to eat in this small town! Breakfast, lunch or dinner. Oh & dessert!
The staff was super friendly and the food was really good & always hot. We had a large group (6 or more) every time we went & they always were great.
If you need gluten free or have dietary restrictions they have a binder that lists everything each recipe has in it. That was really helpful for my wife!
The chocolate cream pies and other desserts were also really good!

The truck delivering took up most of the back parking lot to the point you couldn’t get around the building.
Was greeted quickly by two smiling staff members and was seated in less than 30 seconds. The waitress was very friendly, quick, and attentive. Coffee came nice and hot with refrigerated creamer (unlimited refills too!)
The food came out super quick but was hot and cooked to order and correct 🙂
    Experience was wonderful.

Great place to eat. Appetizers are great. The Lobster Roll is phenomenal. The sauce that comes the onion rings can be used for everything! It’s such a great sauce. I even request it for breakfast to go with my homefries.

We enjoyed very good food here. Blueberry beet salad, maple chicken poutine, and fried pickles are pictured. All very good. Have to say that the poutine is just a bit too sweet. But it is an appetizer and not meant as a meal. The wait staff served us with a smile and all were very friendly. I would definitely go back.

It was super busy when we went here, however, it was well worth the wait! Our server was amazing! Food was superb and really great portions! I was dumbfounded by my brownie desert, it was huge! We left full, satisfied, and carrying leftovers! Was our child’s first restaurant experience and staff was so accommodating it really was the best!

The staff is super friendly here. The sweets are delicious. I tried the Oreo iced capp and it’s off the rails yummy. They have the best bagel sandwich around. I’m so glad I stopped here for a treat.

My favorite fast food place for sure!. Sometimes things are more quality on different days. but usually it’s pretty good. The donuts are always very good I’d go as far as to say I’ve never had a bad one.

Waited in line for 20 minutes, which is about typical. But the best part of the trip was my iced Carmel macchiato… confirmed it twice and they still got it wrong 🙄🙄

I wanted this location to be “it”
First off, my biggest quarrel is how flustered the employees get during rush. I ordered a decaf and it’s important bc I’m caffeine sensetive and can’t have it. I probably missed a once in a lifetime job opportunity because I was too sick to show up. Constantly having my boyfriend’s coffee messed up as well.
Secondly, Location is more often than not out of items. ESPECIALLY featured items such as drinks, red bull, eggs and waffles.
When the truck comes through, the whole parking lot needs to be blocked off because it can’t make it and the store shuts down and locks the doors without letting customers know.
Drive through window is terribly inefficient. You get to the window and get your hot food before your coffees most of the time so the food is getting cold while your waiting.
Probably won’t return to this location. I’ve lost trust and will either find somewhere else, or will make it at home.

Decaf MEANS decaf and dairy free means DAIRY FREE. I know people get busy but these mistakes can do a lot to one person.

I went to Tim Hortons in Presque Isle Maine today around 5:30 PM I had to wait at the speaker for almost 15 minutes after being told to “wait one minute”. Annoyed, I order my drink, which was a medium pumpkin spice iced Capp with extra caramel, no whip cream. I get to the window and the redheaded girl says caramel ice cap. I correct her and she heard me but then goes & tells the woman making the drinks Carmel so then I have to tell her again, OK not a big deal. What bothered me was the combination of waiting almost 15 minutes to get my order taken, when I get my ice cap, it’s completely melted, when I ask her why it’s completely melted. She doesn’t apologize and just tells me that it’s because she just put the mix into the mixer and there’s nothing she can do about it. I said well it would’ve been nice to know if that was the case I wouldn’t have ordered one and she told me “it is what it is that there’s nothing she can do about it.” No sorry or anything. She (with an attitude) asked me if I wanted a refund but because of how slow they are I just said no and took my melted ice cap and went as she very rudely slammed the window in my face.

First time to a Ruby Tuesday. The salad bar was great. Me and my wife ordered the 2 for 24 deal. She got the cheese burger and I got the bourbon chicken. It was great. My wife liked the burger as well. Perfect service Kylie and Nathan thank you so much. You guys were wonderful and I would ask for them if you come in. Food and service that’s what it’s all about.

Pretty expensive I got the BBQ plate and it was very bland same with the BBQ sandwich my husband said it had no seasonings very subpar. We might try again at dinner and see if it’s any better definitely won’t order the same thing. The waitress was very friendly though and recommended a good drink.

This place also does Military Discount. So bring proof to enjoy some savings.

Service was lacking at a speed I would enjoy. Waiting for refills and drinks to continue eating is not a fun wait. When I’m happy, I do leave a bigger tip.

I have never given such a low score, but this place was terrible. Hopefully it is just this location, as this is my first visit to an RT. The brisket tacos had exactly 2 thin slices of meat in each taco measuring 1 inch in width and 2 inches in length. Three of those pieces were half fat. Add a couples bits of onions and sauce and that was it. I was going to switch to the salad bar, but that looked pretty sorry too. The carpet was sticky, and clearly needs some updating. I hate giving this kind of review, but I haven’t had this bad of an experience in a very long time.

If I could give zero star’s I would. We stopped by for a ultimate chicken sandwich and waited over an hour . Spoke with a manager and his only response was sorry. Had other people come in and actually got a meal before our server came to tell us it shouldn’t be much longer ( that was 45 minutes in, made the comment to her that I didn’t know that it took more than an half hour to make a chicken sandwich. She laughed and said it doesn’t and it should be right out) We waited a little longer and told the server that we wanted to pay for our drinks so we could leave.

This place usually never disappoints, we always have everything that was ordered, plus sauces. Just a couple things I’d suggest, the one taking the orders and speaking to customers remember we can hear the frustration in your voice. Even if it’s the littlest bad mood your in we can hear it over the intercom. It makes the customer feel like your frustrated with them or trying to spend up the order.
Remember to smile when speaking over the phone or intercom because everyone can tell when your not.

Three 🌟 s because my experience was so limited. I’m not big on franchises, but, I have never eaten at an Arby’s before and I wanted a small lunch. I tried the steak 🥩 gyro and I thought it was good. Service was okay. Staff were never rude. I think I paid with my phone. Prices okay. I may try other Arby’s gyros in the future. I signed up for the Arby’s app. Right next to Walmart.

We were a party of six & went inside for service. Though it was crowded inside the wait time for service was less than five minutes plus about ten minutes for food. Staff was courteous and food as expected. No complaints

    The workers here work hard.
    Lines are long.
Workers do make mistakes but they’re undeniably sorry and fix it immediately.

I always gotten beef and cheddar sandwiches but I wanted to try something different. So, I ordered 2 brisket sandwiches and damn it was magnificent. I definitely will get those again.

Food was great however the waitress we had was awful. I was sitting down for dinner with my family and one of my coworkers was there eating. When he got done with his dinner he came over and was talking with us for a minute at our booth. He was holding my one year old daughter and she reached out and grabbed a .25 cent decoration off the wall. The waitress then shouted loud enough for all of the surrounding tables to hear “don’t touch the decorations”. My coworker said “I’m not going to take it, I’ll put it back up” and she shouted again “just don’t touch them”. Not wanting to cause a scene in front of our oldest daughter we just paid and left. My wife called back to talk to a lead about it. And the waitress is who answered the phone. She said that she asked nicely and my wife said no you did not to which the girl replied “do you want to argue about it” when my wife said “sure let’s argue” the girl hung up on her. It’s really too bad because we did like the food, but because of the waitress, we will never be back. And it wasn’t just her. When my wife called back again and talked to another employee they didn’t have any interest in getting us in contact with a manager. I don’t assume management takes customer service very serious if this is how the employees act.

Had the flyer pizza, pepperoni. It was so good. Thin crust. Usually I don’t care for thin crust but excellent. On top of that the prices are the best around. Meal and drinks for two under 20$

The menu online seems to be broken and I wish they had online ordering.
Other than that, great food. Prices are decent for chicken 🙂
During peak times takeout can be upwards to 45 mins.
    L O T S of parking!

Sad to say.. I love there food.. but they lost the person that actually used to care about there customers.. went from a great corner place to ppl that don’t give a …. about there long time customers..

Unfortunate take our service has declined so much. Good food but can rarely get a call through. When able to place an order, the wait time is never right. Food is either cold or have to wait much longer than they said.
