  This H&M was nicely set up and clean! The employees never seemed to be in a rush either like the other H&M’s even when the line was long. They took their time to make sure everything was in order and I got the discounts for clothes, I didn’t even know had discounts. That’s what i called good customer service. The clothes of course is good and they have a wide selection!

  Stylish and unique color clothing, shoes, and accessories collection for adults and kids especially. Can easily be found in all shopping malls around Istanbul. Prices are high but have good sales sometimes.

  We asked a completely “useless” employee if there was a HOME department and she answered that there was one at İstinye Park. So we went there, got ourselves in a a bad traffic for to find out that the only H&M HOME is in Taksim! Once again… useless people.

  I went to this shop for lighter material clothing for my holiday shop , was lovely great prices most staff were polite – considering our language barrier I felt ok – only thing is fitting rooms aren’t best organised maybe they need more
