3 weeks agoThis store is 5 levels and the elevator is so so slow. The signs for where things are located is not very clear in my opinion. But also the staff seemed very…busy at times. Pointing it a vague direction is not helpful.Pluses: good selection, very clean store and most of the staff are mentally checked in and friendly.
3 months agoGood clothes but being told I can’t stand in the store and wait for the rain to ease before I leave. Insisting I “walk around like I’m shopping, you can’t stand” by a very small security guard. I have just spent 100 Euros and wanted to just wait for a break in the rain. Made my angry and the other customers that were told too. Good clothes tho. Also not a huge fan of the self check out.a year agoH&M Stores usually have a wide selection of clothes, but this one was an exception! Very limited sizes (basically the vast majority is M and above). A bit overpriced taking into account the quality of clothes.3 months agoI shopped there for my daughter. I must say that the prices are reasonable but the service is bad5 months agoOnly 1 counter in the basement if you want an actual human being to scan your items and pack them, otherwise you have to waste your life with self scan. Also, they never have the right sizes of anything.

2 months agoTHE ABSOLUTE RUDE. Walk in a few days after a purchase upon making a return at the kassa there was a Lady with a very unfriendly attitude towards me after I described I told her I didn’t have the tagg of the article. She proceeds to call the manager for advice,so i asked her “Can you help the other customers while i wait ?” He answer was absolutely straight up “NO THEY CAN WAIT” manager came delivered his answer which absolutely understand but NEVER in my years of Working for Retail have I seen such a disrespectful and unfriendly Service to clients. ABSOLUTELY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!2 months agoDespite the line being extremely long they don’t open a new till even if there is one or more till free. Also the returning proces in the shop is very slow. Now that sending the parcel back isn’t free anymore and more people return their package at the shop please organise a faster return proces in the shop. Maybe hire more colleagues- there’s hardly any personeel walking on the ground just standing at the till.5 years agoEasily accessible from many parts of the Amsterdamse port. Moderate size. Beautiful building and gorgeous interior design. Collection isn’t as big as what they offer online but you can find basics, lingerie and sportswear easily. Not many changing rooms too.
This is a real story despite how insane it sounds.
I tried on clothes in the fitting rooms and bought a bunch of items. Just as I was leaving the store, a security guard firmly grabbed my arm, hurting me, and he dragged me to the basement of the store. He tried to be intimidating and told me I couldn’t get away. He said that the employees had found tags in my fitting room (that someone had left there before me) and he was sure that I had stolen items.
I was in a windowless basement room being interrogated and he finally believed me when I showed him my receipt and the contents of my bag.
I’m only a small girl and this experience was extremely stressful. This is honestly disgraceful. The employees by the fitting rooms are not only incredibly rude but apparently will also falsely accuse you of shoplifting.
If I could boycott this location I would.
I will never ever come here again.
I have been to H&M many times. New York/ New Jersey/Chicago.

This morning, September 10, we were in your store, bought two things, went to the checkout, the bill came out to 31.28 euros. I take out 200 euros in cash, but in response I receive that we do not accept such banknotes, I ask to check the bill for authenticity, but in response I receive a negative answer. Literally half an hour later I go to the Primark store, make a purchase of 35 euros and, without any questions at all, pay for the purchase with a 200 euro bill, receive change, thank the employee at the checkout. Do not allow to try a shirt in top of my tshirt outside of fitting rooms, wasting people’s time. No sineage to explain. Won’t be going here again.
