  Had some post construction cleaning I needed to be done. I was able to call Naid Right and schedule a cleaning for the same week. Crew came in on time and did an excellent job. If you look at the little things that you might just accept (like water spots on the shower door), they did an outstanding job cleaning it right up. Everything was done at a very high standard.   Friendly customer service staff from start to finish, spoke with Lindsay, Brenda, and Ashley. The cleaning team did a great job.

  Unfortunately, there was a lot of miscommunication throughout the experience. I asked for a printed receipt for our move-out clean, as is required by our landlord, but was told it was not possible. I asked again when the time and date was confirmed and was told they would email a receipt when the payment went through so I could print it out. The payment went through, and I didn’t get a receipt. I asked again and was then told I wouldn’t get one until the clean was finished.

  The cleaning team showed up after 9:30, we paid for an estimated 4 hour clean. They spent 1.5 hours upstairs without doing the floors, then spent another 2.5 hours downstairs + an extra hour doing the floors upstairs and downstairs. We got charged an extra hour, but Ashley met us halfway on the charge.

  All in all, it was a positive experience and I would recommend this service because they did a great job. The house was cleaner than the day we rented it.

  Arrived with no shoe covers (how do you mop a floor in dirty tennis shoes?) or masks. I asked special care to be payed attention to the kitchen, you can see the attached photos, my sink was obviously not touched as there is profuse dirt and stains in it still. My stove was barely cleaned, I had to clean it after with soft soap. They did not vacuum my main room, only mopped so I am picking up multiple fur balls still (from my pets). They didn’t vacuum my couch, they just took a paper towel and drew vacuum lines in it (see photo). They then used my microwave to heat up THEIR OWN food which exploded in the cleaned microwave and required them to clean it again. I could of done a better job myself and not for 100$ an hour. There were 4 cleaners here but somehow took over 1.5 hours for a 2 bedroom apartment less than 1000 square feet. I had high hopes based on the other positive reviews and am left soo upset.

Prior to this year, Dolores has been our Pro to come out and help us present a spotless house.   Molly Maid is the absolute best!!! When our previous cleaning company closed service in our area, Molly Maid came to the rescue, and our experience with them has blown us out of the water. They are always consistent, communicative, prompt, detailed, and leave our home sparkling and pristine every month. We love that the same people are sent to our home every time, which means that the experience and quality of the clean is consistent, that they promptly arrive when they say they will, and it’s awesome that each team consists of at least two members so that things aren’t rushed or left unaddressed (something that happened with our previous cleaner). The results are the attention and care that sets this company apart. The office is also always pleasant and easy to talk to, and they were happy to find ways to work with our budget and needs.   I can not thank the team from Molly Maid enough for the amazing work they did on my home. I have been in a walking boot with a broken foot and sting a party at my home and I realized I needed help. They came the very next day and took just over 2 hours to clean my large home and it was worth every penny. They were very nice, worked very hard and did not try to upsell me on anything. I would feel comfortable leaving my home with them there knowing that they would work hard and not give me any reason to not trust the team. I will be signing up with consistent services from them and highly recommend you do the same! No other service has been as great as Molly Maids.

  Never cleaned my baseboards despite paying $167 a month. I contacted them about 3-4 times about this issue and nothing was done. They also never cleaned my ceiling fans at all. I called to let them know it’s not getting fixed and was blamed for not filling out the surveys despite my multiple call attempts to get the problem solved. Horrible service and would not recommend.

  I was also told by one of the cleaning ladies that the management here asks the workers to take longer on the homes. This is very deceptive business practice. They also told me it’s priced on sq footage not on how dirty or clean the home generally is so the workers are treated unfairly and so are the clients.

  Showed up early in the given time frame. Only took an hour. Place was spotless after they left. I’m impressed they were able to get most if not all the dog hair out of the carpet. Just walking in without looking at anything it just felt clean. So happy.
