a month agoThe cleaner was on time, efficient, polite, and effective. My wife and I are very pleased with the results. Isaiah was attentive to the couple of extra directions I had, and got straight to work. We were very pleased to find a service which offered the use of natural cleaning products. We will definitely consider Maid for Homes again the next time we want a deep cleaning.3 months agoAshley showed up promptly on time and did an incredible job with our move-out clean. The baseboards were covered in animal fur and seeing as we moved while we had Covid, we left more of a mess than we’d like to admit. The place was spic and span and smelled nice and fresh. I am dissatisfied with the services provided by Real World Cleaning Services and feel compelled to share my disappointing experience. We recently hired them for a move-in deep cleaning of our empty 3bdr 1.5 bathroom house, expecting a thorough job for the hefty price tag of nearly $404 plus tip.
One person showed up and cleaned for approximately 3 hours and 15 minutes. The cleaner stated it was a 4 hour window, however, she did not work that amount of time. Unfortunately, the results did not live up to our expectations.
To start, the cabinets, which were supposed to be wiped clean as part of the included cleaning, were still grimy. I had hoped to find a spotless home upon arrival, but the state of the cabinets suggested otherwise.
The microwave was another area of concern. Despite being assured that it would be cleaned, it was still coated with grease and grime. I have attached pictures for reference, illustrating the poor job performed by Real World Cleaning Services.
To make matters worse, a quick wipe of the toilet revealed a level of neglect. Dirt and grime came off easily, indicating that it had not been properly cleaned. It’s disheartening that the service failed to meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness.
In summary, I cannot emphasize enough how disappointed I am with Real World Cleaning Services. The lack of attention to detail, the failure to deliver on the promised services, and the refusal to make it right, make it clear that they do not prioritize customer satisfaction. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to look elsewhere for a cleaning company that values their clients and takes pride in delivering quality results.
(update: offered to make it right only after I said I would not be a returning customer and would be writing a review that reflects their performance)
