  Rainey makes most things exceedingly difficult! Many of the positive reviews are requested from staff from new buyers, and then the new buyers get a dusty T-shirt. I purchased my 1st vehicle in 2013. I had 1 more month of payments before it was fully paid and mine. Well, the car stopped driving so Rainey logged it in their shop for 2 weeks. After waiting and walking, I called for a rental and Service told me my car (Ford Fusion) was done and I needed to call Sales. Ledo Sales forced me to pay my final payment on my Fusion, even though it was in their possession and also pay a down payment on a Chevy Cruz. Let’s go 2 years later, my engine is out. Rainey says this is normal for the Cruz but they will not repair because I new policy implemented 6 months prior. My choices are buy the engine for the Cruz or get another vehicle. I need another car because of Life. The newer car is Honda Accord. 1st day I drive it, the car sputters so aggressively that I had a seizure and was hospitalized for 3 days. They waived the first payment on the Accord but had me pay the other payments even though the car was in the shop getting a new engine for 42 days. Now Honda dealership is telling me the catalytic converters are all bad. That’s another $5000. I just wish Rainey would wipe the remaining balance of this Accord. But it’s just difficult. The company just harasses you. I requested to longer be contacted by Kasey, case manager, but she decided to be facetious and now add text and email to her snide phone calls. I blocked the text and now my account is locked, which forces me to have to call and talk to them. Ridiculous. Just be careful. Brittany, Jerrod, Kasey, Audrey, , all of them are ignorant. The cars are looking better but the service, reliability and smiles are not there. I hate I shopped here but I was in a hurry. Maybe they’ll get this business together and do right in the community.

  Having the feeling like I had about them, I was skeptical of going in to do business. I came in and talked to a rep by the name of Mr John and Mr Terrance who got me in and got straight to business. I told them exactly what I wanted and they told me what was needed and we went from there. No hassles, no hiccups or anything that held me back from getting my car! I know I’ve heard a lot about Rainey in general but my provision is check them out for yourself because everyone is different! I couldn’t have asked for better service!   They will cut your car off by mistake sometimes, if they do it on the weekend your pretty much stuck. They clearly don’t do a very good job at communicating with anyone that has gotten something off the lot. I’ve been stranded at work twice within the first month of having the car. Twice during the weekend with one cause they couldn’t get a new copy of insurance, could of called first but they didn’t till afterwards. I don’t really recommend them as a dealer but you get cheap rides for a cheap price I suppose. The staff is pretty underwhelming too so don’t look forward to getting answers right away

  DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE !! I got a car from them 3 months ago. I have taken it back to them a total of 6 times for repairs. Only for my car to still not be fixed. Cutting off in the middle of traffic, ac giving out over and over, car won’t crank! I decided to give them they car back and they had the nerve to say there were going to pursue me in court. They will sell you a lemon and try to force you to keep it. Worst purchase I’ve EVER made. If I could give 0 stars I would.

  Went looking for a vehicle for my mother, was told to come back the next day with her and to bring the necessary paperwork. We returned the next day only for them to explain they’re worried about who’s actually going to be driving the vehicle?? Even with my moms explanation that she needs a gas saver, they still went against their word from the previous day and refused the sale. Total waste of time and we definitely feel discriminated against.
