  So I am editing my review as I was contacted by the business and they are trying to resolve the situation and did an internal investigation.

  I’m still going to fill you all in on what happens in the end.

  11-01-2023 ORIGINAL REVIEW: I don’t want to give a survey. I’m so frustrated at the situation. I allowed them to talk me into a car that supposedly had 7k worth of issues, purchased 2 months before for double that.

  It is ridiculous. I had an agreement that all work would be done to remove the engine light on my dash and the light to this day remains.

  I have tried not to do this survey. They continued to send me daily requests to do if.

  Please stop harassing me. Leave me alone.

  Update As of 11-02-2023

  I’ve gotten a call from the owner who did an investigation and has promised me that the issues will be fixed at no cost to me.

  I’ll keep you all posted and will update my experience when all is done.

  I will say this: They are really nice and are trying to fix the problem. I’m really glad I accepted the call I got today.

  11-12-22: The dealership really has been trying hard to fix the issues, the light is still on but they completely rebuilt the engine and will look at on the 13th. I trust they will find the issue.

  To be completely fair, I’m really glad that I did the survey and that someone cared enough to reach out. They really are trying hard and I’m glad I got the car there.

  I am blown away by the service I received from Shannan in the service department. She greeted me with a smile and kept me updated while my car was getting an oil change. She showed me my cabin and engine air filters which I appreciated because I have been told elsewhere my filters were dirty but never actually saw them. It was nice to be able to see them. I then was informed about some maintenance services that would be good to do based on my mileage. I am not a car person so it was so great to have someone help in educating me about what I could do to keep my vehicle in tip top shape. Then at the end after my oil change, rotate, new cabin air filter, and transmission flush they washed my car and gave me a $10 coupon to use next time! I am totally coming back!

  The staff are very friendly and will fight to get you approved for a vehicle the best they possibly can. The service is very slow though, and took two visits to get a vehicle. After everything was nearly completed, the Carfax showed the vehicle had previously been a total loss, so we had to switch to a different vehicle at the last minute. They should run those before listing the vehicle or showing it to anyone because it wasted a lot of time. The other vehicle I was interested in was an SUV and the rear hatch wouldn’t open. The sales person was not willing to have it fixed if I came back another time with it to do so. He also declined a test drive on the vehicle I ended up getting since it was closing time, so I took a leap of faith there. All things considered, 4 out of 5 stars overall.
