Bought my first car with Alex Reyes. Alex was courteous and friendly. He let me test the car over the course of two days with my parents who are more knowledgeable about what makes a good used car. He knew what car we were interested in and didn’t try to sell us on other cars. Alex was willing to negotiate when the price of the car and fees would have been too costly for our budget. I would recommend Alex Reyes and National Auto.
I don’t usually write reviews, but I can’t help it in this case. DO NOT BUY from this dealership, unless, you want to take a chance of being stuck in a bad situation. The checkl engine light came on 2 days after purchase. It also shakes uncontrollably. I alerted them immediately, and they said that the warranty wouldn’t cover it. Mind you it was only a few days later. Then, they told me that they would pay for a portion of the repairs to fix the issue. Needless to say, the issue was never fixed even after they took my money. I have had a few cars and I will say that this is the worst purchase ever! I’ve had better cars from the auction. I can’t get my tags or registration because it can’t pass inspection. You all know that you are petty and sell people lemons! I just wanted to let people know how crooked you are. Also, their customer service is terrible after you make the purchase. Purchase at your own will.

Attention, FRAUD!!
If you do not want to encounter Fraud when buying a vehicle from this dealer, I recommend you to be very careful. They requested $21,520.00 from the bank on my behalf for the vehicle we agreed upon for $18,400.00. Even though I went to the dealer twice and met them face to face, they did not care. Even though I called many times, no one in authority even answered the phone. I eagerly await the explanation the relevant authorities will make in the courtroom.
