I must say, this is my first experience purchasing a car from out of state and this dealership made it the best I’ve ever had. Everything was seamless, from the financing application online, to the follow ups and to the customer service.RJ was the one who called me, and made sure I had everything together. The finance manager was spot on and they had everything ready for me when I arrived. I test drove the car which I had already researched before I got there, everything was excellent. For a person coming from out of state, it can be a different experience but, honestly I have never had a dealership be so efficient. I always purchase luxury cars and found this car on CarFax which also was different for me but, everything exceeded my expectations. I want to publicly thank this dealership and honestly the kind people of Jersey, everyone I met was kind, it was definitely a great experience and one I will always remember.

However, I dont enjoy the fact that I was lied to about my vehicle being serviced before it was sold to me. I purchased a 2015 Prius C from Carvision and I was told that it was completely serviced prior to being sold. I noticed driving home that the car seemed to be struggling to keep up speeds as if air wasnt coming in good enough and i noticed with the past snow that the air pressure in the HVAC wasn’t as powerful as it should be.I go to install a new aftermarket horn and radio on my vehicle so i figured id top off my fluids and check the typical air filters. The Cabin air filter was so dirty and so old that it fell apart while i was pulling it out. Not only that, but it was full of stuffing and mouse droppings, indicative of a mouse nest. The engine air filter was also so dirty it looked like someone emptied their vacuum cleaner contents onto it. (see pictures below).
When selling used cars it is important to check all regular maintenance items before selling it after you told the buyer “Everything is services and it runs good as new”.
Would not recommend buying from here unless you inspect everything yourself, especially if they said that they serviced everything.
