They went over the car in detail with me to make sure everything was up to standards. New brakes, defogged the lights, spotless interior really ensuring I was happy with my purchase. Also offered a great extended warranty which is crucial on a used vehicle. They also registered the vehicle in Rhode Island for me which went above and beyond since they are a Mass dealer.   I bought a 2016 Chevy Colorado here in June of 2023. So far the vehicle had been excellent and I’ve had no issues. All the staff there have been very helpful through the whole buying process. The owner of the dealership Derek was who I dealt with the most and sold me the truck. He was very honest and up front about the condition of the vehicle and made the buying process very easy. Will definitely go back when looking for future vehicles.

  Just purchased a 2013 Mazda3. Very good experience. Car was very well prepped. New tires, brakes, transmission fluid and oil change. Price was fair and the price offered for my trade was fair. Got a decent financing rate through Rockland Federal. Derek and Lisa were great to deal with. Friendly, professional and efficient. Highly recommend.

  These guys are awesome. My first experience with them, and as a retired bank regional VP I preached customer service to all my staff and I appreciate it when I receive it as well. I found the used auto I was looking for online and it was at SEMS, so took a ride up from Cape Cod to check it out. There lot is full of beautiful used cars and priced very reasonably. Erik was so easy to work with and very professional. We bought it, and a week later drove back up to pick it up. After leaving the lot we had a little hiccup and I called Erik … they bent over backwards to quickly respond take care of the issue. It’s also a plus that they have their own shop/mechanics on site as well. If you need a used car, you need to check out SEMS large inventory. I’ve already referred them to friends, and it’s where I’ll go again if I need another car in the future. I now have a 2018 Ford Explorer that looks like it just came off of the showroom both inside and out.
