When I first reached out with questions about the truck. Ricardo promptly sent me a video showing the truck in perfect condition. I live in California so it took me a while to set up a time I could get to the Lawley dealership, I thank Ricardo and Tommy for getting the paperwork in order so it would not get sold out from underneath me. Ricardo is very professional and easy to talk to, definitely an outstanding guy! He is the one to see in my book for any vehicle purchase! Tommy is an amazing finance manager. He was very professional and easy to understand when I was going through the buying process. Definitely another keeper as well! I can’t forget Hannibal. He was very professional as well. I had great time talking with him on the drive to the dealership from the hotel. He is a diamond in the rough and I see big things for him in the future!!! Also, David the service manager called me today following up on my purchase. That was the first time I got a follow-up call from a dealership regarding a new truck. It was nice to see that everyone at Lawley truly cares for there customers and the Customer service they give us. Heath was thorough, knowledgeable, and diligently took his time to explain the details of the vehicle to me. This visit to the Lawley dealership was not disappointing.
Great customer service! Very helpful, informative, and willing to work with us to get a great deal. After purchasing the vehicle, they were great with follow-up to ensure we were happy with our purchase and that we received everything they owed us. We went in looking for what we wanted and found exactly that. Mark Damien and Tony sure did help us out a lot. Explained opinions and strategies to us and for the future l. Weren’t pushy at all on just make a sale and goodbye . Always heard good things about Lawley team and I can see why. All other employees were very polite as well. Very happy with our purchase and very happy we chose them over going to Tucson or Phoenix.
I made an appointment with Heath after seeing a car online that would suit my needs if all worked out. I arrived and Heath had the car ready for me to test drive. The car (SUV) was what I was looking for and we proceeded with the sale. There was no pressure, none of that “what can I do to get you to drive this car home today” nonsense. Once the sale price was decided (the manager was also easy going and not pressuring me) I was referred toSheikh in the finance department. All of the paperwork was completed and I was offered (no pressure) an extended warranty which I declined. I had driven to the dealership so I was unable to take the car home. Heath arranged to have it brought to my house by him and one other employee. All in all, this has been one of the most easy and enjoyable car purchase I have made (and there have been many over the years).
Service department was able to change my oil quickly. Found a transmission fluid leak somewhere on my under 18k miles Bronco Sport. Can’t look at it or tell me where it is or do anything towards fixing it unless I’m willing to drop it off for 3-7 days. No loaner vehicle available at all. No appointment scheduling available. Just drop it off and everything else out myself. Terrible customer service. My brand new vehicle has a warranty issue and I’m not able to get it looked at because of the awful system in place. Do better Lawley team.
