a week agoI recently scheduled an appointment online for my 2002 Corvette, and I was required to provide vehicle information: Year, make and model. The appointment was confirmed, and I received numerous text messages of that confirmation. When I arrived at the dealership, I was told that they have a “10 year policy “in which they decline to work on vehicles over 10 years old. I waited a week for that appointment to get my vehicle in for servicing. I drove 1/2 hour to the dealership, and then had to find another dealer in the area that would work on my vehicle. No one even apologized for the inconvenience. They made it possible to be able to trade in my car one way or another & we’re also able to provide me the option of getting a discount for the hard work I did to graduate college. They communicated great, but problem solving was a big nope.We’re here from WV and had a few issues that needed fixed before our travel back. I had an appointment with another dealership in Pooler first and they were a disappointment in several ways, so I called Mike Reed’s and they got me right in, had the parts and fixed it quick so I didn’t have to keep my rental extra days. We had the best experience with what can be a stressful situation. The staff is so nice and try their best to make you feel at ease. Mr. Vega was our salesman. We were just window shopping on Saturday. I found and fell in love with my dream vehicle. Mr. Vega took the time to go over everything with us from all the specks to the information regarding the trade in we were planning on using. We decided to not make a deal that day. Wanting to do more research and sleep on it. We decided two days later to go back and make the deal. Mr. Vega had a huge part in that decision. It took a few hours from start to finish, but during this time everything was done professionally and in a way we could understand. We will definitely be making another purchase at this dealership.
