We dealt with Findlay Toyota for about 9 months. We had initially put down a deposit for a vehicle (due to limited stock in valley)the process was super easy when the time came for our car to arrive unfortunately we had a medical emergency.(lil open heart surgery no big deal) We thought oh my God the dealers gonna give us a hard time about giving us our deposit back no they refunded it to us instantly.
Fast forward to us recovering and back on track they found the exact car we wanted. We honestly feel like Steven is part of our family now he was so kind so polite so understanding. My truck was serviced without any unnecessary suggestions.. in fact, I thought I needed an oil change but I was encouraged to save my last complimentary oil change until the spring! Jason was very helpful and attentive and I got a shuttle ride home! I was under the impression from the last dealership I dealt with in Washington, that a carwash was part of any service, alas it was not. That said, Mt truck wasn’t that dirty to begin with… that’s the only reason I didn’t give a 5 star review. It’s give a 4.5 if I could because otherwise, all good!
