It started with a simple question about out current lease and what we were trying to accomplish and it ended with the a new lease on a vehicle that fits our need. The staff was extremely courteous and helpful during the whole process. All our questions were answered and there was no pressure to do the new lease. We were given time to discuss the purchase between us and we are happy with the way it turned out.
I hit a deer with my new (3 weeks) Equinox which wiped out the drivers side of the vehicle – hood, fender, mirror, both doors. The body shop wasn’t going to be able to work on it for 3 weeks. While it was drivable, with no mirror and damaged doors, it wasn’t practical. The 2 stars are for the Sales department who got me a vehicle to drive immediately while my vehicle was under repair. When my appointment day came, they informed me the back door was back ordered with no production date listed. We didn’t believe that was possible considering the body design hadn’t changed and asked for further investigation. Beck’s suggested we call the customer service center – so we did. After two weeks of no results (I had by then been without my vehicle for 5 weeks), my husband – a former Chevrolet Service Manager – did an internet search for the part number listed on our estimate. EVERY warehouse had 2 to 3 of them. The Beck’s Parts Book had a different number for the 2023 Equinox. Brad had to insist they call the Parts Technical Support to determine why the part number had changed. GM did not know. We had to insist that they order the part number on the estimate. Turns out, the Beck’s Parts Book was incorrect or not up-to-date. When I got my Equinox back, the door was not aligned correctly – I had them adjust it. It is still rubbing along the bottom, there is a ripple along the front door, the hood is not aligned correctly either. My passive door lock on the driver’s handle does not work. The fact that we had to go find our own parts and the poor workmanship shows that Becks does not care about it’s customers. Once they have fixed all the issues with my car, I will not be returning. It is unfortunate that I cannot support this local business, but I will not accept such poor service from a Chevrolet dealer

I’ve been waiting on a part to be ordered for almost three months. Within that three months, I’ve called three to four times about the status of the part. Every single time they’ve told me “Oh, it looks like it’s not ordered, we’ll get that order in for you right away.” I called today after they guaranteed me for a third time that they would get it ordered and I find out once again that it has not been ordered. Nice people, HORRIBLE service. We will not be taking our car back there or any vehicles to be worked on in the future. So frustrating and awful customer service.
I initially reached out to Bryan regarding a pickup. He directed me to Miles after chatting for a bit. Miles took over immediately and want to accommodate me on everything he could think of. Miles was very professional yet allowed himself to be loose enough to have laugh with me. Miles covered every detail of the vehicle and has continued to reach out to me to make sure I am satisfied. Everything in this transaction went extremely smooth from the second I walked in the door till moment I walked out of Jessica’s office.
