  Recently had the pleasure of buying a car here. Dealt with Luis and Darryl. Both were amazing and made the experience wonderful. They were very accommodating and offered additional services with the purchase of the vehicle. As a matter of fact the entire staff, including Roman, seemed to be involved and they all are good people and work as a team. The inventory they have is top notch.   So, my husband and I went to the dealer on Saturday. I’ve had multiple communications with the store. Was told I was approved, my credit isn’t bad ( I also, sold cars for 5 years), my husband has been with GM for 17 years. Everybody know buying cars out of state is always the best bang for your buck, all of our cars have been purchased out of state. The young lady who greeted us upon arrival was very sweet and welcoming. However, Tim the finance manager was let’s say “having a bad day”. He was very dismissive, answering the phone during our conversation, then told me that he recorded all phone calls and nobody at his company would tell me I was approved for what I was looking at with my down payment and if they did I’ll fire them on the spot. I was like wow that’s excessive don’t you think? But, I gave him the option to pull up the phone call which never happened. But, long story short the goal is always to get more money down. Which will typically happen when you’re dealing with an individual who’s in need of transportation. However, I was not in need I own plenty of cars and trucks this was a graduation gift to myself. So, if your looking for a great experience Highline Automotive just a block up on your left hand side is your place to go. I was able to purchase a beautiful Benz with 43,000 miles excellent condition, same price as the BMW I was told I couldn’t get financed for with out 8,000 down by Tim. I put down 500.00 and was out the door even thought I could have put down 3000.00, Jamere and his team were amazing throughout the whole experience.

  This was my best experience buying a used vehicle so far. I had good but not perfect credit (700), and was able to leave in a pretty 2020 Mazda CX-5 with zero down. I worked with Tim, Steve, and Luis, who were all very helpful and attentive, both during my appointment afterwards to make sure everything was okay. Tim showed me around the lot and let me look at all the vehicles I was interested in as closely as I wanted. He wasn’t just interested in pushing the most expensive vehicle I looked at either, rather making suggestions based on my preferences and needs. Steve took a lot of his own time to call up several lenders and negotiate back and forth, and was able to get me a marginally better rate than I was told elsewhere. Luis followed up with myself and the service department to ensure everything in it felt as new as possible. There were only some minor cosmetic flaws to the vehicle I purchased, but it ultimately saved me a lot compared to purchasing from another dealership for the same model. They don’t negotiate prices because the cars are already listed at the lower-end of the KBB value, which I prefer.
