Y’all this was the best Customer Service Ever!!! I had been struggling with finding a car..I went to three dealerships before I cane here! When I tell you they went above and beyond honey! I left there in tears!!! Happy tears! My original car had a recall on it from kia.. A 2015 optima! They refused to fix it! Joe Helped me to sort all of it out! And put me in a great car!! Truly a blessing!! They were so nice ! From the receptionist to the seller!! Y’all make sure y’all go see Joe, Amber, and Anas! They were awesome! They made the process so easy! And they even had empathy! Which is unheard of from a dealership!I hugged all there necks before I left! Whew! God is good! No more cutting off at the light, or clanking up the highway!! Started out on a bad note. We were not on same page. However, I managed to delete a few things. I am sorry some of you thought I was going after Joe. You know if I was I would have said so! Joe, is a good fellow! I can call him today and he would talk to me. Some of you people are unreasonable about blaming him. I personally wish I could give him a raise because even if I called him today madder than a wet hen….he would still talk to me. Why ? Because that is the way Joe is. He does not hide when it comes to confrontation. He will do his best to solve a problem. But anyway, a big thank you to those mechanics there… they fixed the transmission and put us back on the road. Ii wish we could always have this warranty. It did 100 percent what it was to do..
