  I have been using this dealer for a while and I travel a distance to service my truck there because they don’t try to up sell stuff that is not really needed. However, twice my truck came out of there not fixed properly due to mechanic/service advisor negligence and the two star review goes for the technician and recent service advisor I dealt with. On the other hand, service manager is a professional and twice in recent years has handled issue created by his technicians very professionally.
