Really like Straub! Salespeople attentive but not pushy, something I really appreciate. We were given many financing options from which to choose. They even compared our insurance with other companies to make sure we weren’t overpaying (which we weren’t so we stayed with our current insurer). Also, you get good maintenance and warranties beyond the standard. The vehicle prices are good as well
Avoid their collision center at all costs!! They waited just shy of 3 months on a wheel to start the repairs. I eventually had to contact the manufacturer to get the contact information for Straubs to order it. If it wasn’t for that I would probably still be waiting! Once the repairs were complete, I was able to pick up my truck with check engine lights on that they knew about from the accident. Since I’ve picked my truck up a month ago, it’s been at the dealer twice for repairs that they missed and also back to the collision center twice to fix their horrendous orange peel paint job.
