  I was sold a vehicle which appeared nice on the outside. Had to put $2000 down just to get into the vehicle. Three months later it breaks down on the side for the road. Had to spend $1800 for repairs,labor and towing. Two months later more issues that cost another $500. Another few months pass and spent another $900 on repairs. Then my power steering goes out and am told I need a whole new steering system which will cost way more than the car is worth. Also no repair shop will work on it because it’s so rusted out underneath and there’s a hole in the bottom of the vehicle. At this point the car is only half paid off. Ask salesperson to work with me and help me with a trade or help with repairs. There response was we can’t do anything until the vehicle is paid off and then you can apply for a loan. Long story short.. don’t ever buy a vehicle from this shady place!

  If I knew I was going to have such a bad time with the vehicle I brought for my son from this car dealership, it wouldn’t have happened. They give you an 18 month warranty which won’t cover anything. All the major expensive repairs, you better be ready to pay for it yourself. The ABS system is all rusted on this vehicle. Which means I’ll have to get this repaired and I’ll have to do that at my expense. The vin number doesn’t match the number that is on the vehicle, (which is illegal in the USA) try talking to them about it, you’ll get the run around. They got rid of one of their best employees, because she was direct and honest. I’m close to paying this off, which is why I’m dealing with this, because I won’t get reimbursed for the money I paid in, still like I said I’ll have to pay expensive repairs on the vehicle which they won’t cover, even if it means you’re risking your life and others, especially while driving children in the vehicle. I drive it very seldom only to keep it running, due to fear it won’t start up like last time. Until I can get the repairs complete. I would not put a child in the vehicle for any reason whatsoever. (too dangerous) I wouldn’t recommend getting any vehicle from any dealership with the name CarHop. They are only concerned about the money, not your life and the life of others on the roads while driving in one of their Vehicles. Unless you’re a mechanic and have the money for the repairs. I wouldn’t go near CarHop for any reason. NO! don’t do it, you’ll regret it, trust me. I have someone looking in this issue with me that has more authority for us consumers. Some car dealerships need to be inspected before anyone gets hurt, especially this one here. They’ll cheat you on every level they can, until they get caught. Our legislators should look into this situation because people’s lives are involved here. A lot of us can’t afford a new vehicle, so these used car dealers take advantage of this, and they’ll put any vehicle out there to make a dollar. Leaving you at risk and repairs. ?

  I went to car hop recently, and honestly I did not have high expectations at all, David Olson made sure I wasn’t pressured and made sure he found ALL options available for me, not saying we didn’t run into a couple complications, David handled everything like a pro! I think if more car dealerships had people like him working as hard as he did with and for me, the stigma of buying a car would be a whole different experience! Thank you soooo much David Olson

She approached me offering employment, then became upset and hostile when I stated I didn’t want to continue this unrequested interview. I’ve seen her reviewed for boldly lying about vehicle status & taunting disabled customers, and I’ve experienced firsthand her willingness to lie, gaslight, and bully to get her way.

  So disappointed!! I got a van, that was not drivable after 2days. Took it back, and they had nothing available. I had to pay for a uber home. They said they will not reanpurse me for the gas that I put in. The ladie was rude, and defensive about everything. I have to wait for something available but still want there car payments on time. Lol I wish I never done business with them, now am stuck in a contract with these people. My car payments is 210 biweekly. So on some months that is $630 month. Ugh
