  I am amazed at how wonderful they are at Approved Auto. We got a vehicle back in May, and there was some confusion on the title being issued. Zack called me and my husband and rectified the situation immediately. We ended up swapping in for a 2015 Ford Escape. She’s been a wonderful car for us and our family. Last week I noticed it making a weird noise on me. So, I called them up and Maddie got me an appointment for the this week. By Friday, my car was overheating on me. So, I parked her and got her towed there last night before my appointment today. My appointment was at 10am – it is now 12:15pm and Maddie just called me to let me know they have me ready. They fixed all the little issues I was having plus the big one of her overheating. She also said they went ahead and did me an oil change. I literally could not ask for a better experience with a vehicle place. Buying and dealing with a vehicle can be such a headache, but this experience has made us want to purchase from them again, once this one is paid for. Great job, guys!! So thankful to have a good working relationship with you all!!

  Haven’t had a chance to catch anyone there. Always hit them at lunch from I believe 12:30 to 1pm. Loveeee the vw they have and seem to always have nice vehicles and decent down payments. Just need to find time to get up there at a good time

  Always a GREAT experience. Was able to schedule an oil change, and it in just a few minutes car was ready to go again. I don’t see them often, but when I do everyone is kind. And they help me out with any vehicle problem they can. This is our 3rd car with them. The other vehicles were not there fault. 1 wreck & the other I scrapped a hole in the radiator. They were going to fix that one, but engine got messed up, before I got back to them. But they VERY quickly got me back into new rides.
