  3. I purchased a van from this dealership in late 2020. During that time, vehicle inventory was scarce nationwide, making this dealership one of my limited options. Located about 1200 miles from my residence, I had to buy the van without seeing it in person. Despite some initial apprehension, I was reassured by the dealership’s seemingly good reputation.

    The process began smoothly – they sent the paperwork overnight, and I arranged a flight to New Hampshire for the van’s scheduled delivery date. However, upon my arrival, the van was not ready and faced further delays of at least a day. The dealership compensated by providing a hotel stay and a rental car, which, to their credit, is commendable and merits two stars in my review.

    Unfortunately, the one-day delay extended to a week, making it impossible for me to stay longer. I flew back home, and the dealership manager promised to reimburse both my return trip and the subsequent flight back for the van’s delivery. While they did refund the first flight, they never reimbursed the second, despite my repeated inquiries.

    Upon finally taking delivery of the van, I encountered several issues: the front bumper was barely attached, the driver-side fender liner was missing, and the passenger-side liner detached while driving on the interstate. The vehicleā€™s head unit had a faulty volume knob, and both driver and passenger door seals were in poor condition. To make matters worse, the driver-side window malfunctioned during my drive home.

    The van functioned for only about 8 months before the engine failed, leading to a costly $11,000 repair. Since then, it has been a series of continuous problems.

    In retrospect, I overpaid for a defective vehicle, feeling taken advantage of as an out-of-state buyer. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership to potential customers.

  4. I had an excellent sales manager name Lisa helping me get a car that I was able to get within one day. She worked her butt off to make sure that I had the best deal, best experience, and the best price of car. Her teammate Joe was very quick with his paperwork and being able to get me a loan through the bank, even though I do not have any credit. Another gentleman who I forgot his name. Was very thorough and explaining the deals that I had at the time and willing to let me have gap insurance when I left.
    On behalf of myself and my partner thank you very much. Iā€™ll be recommending this to everyone that I know and Iā€™m very grateful that my mother and my family recommended me to you.

  5. My husband and I very suddenly lost our vehicle and had to replace it in an extremely short timeline. We initially picked Merchants because they don’t work on commission and therefore don’t upsell you to death and try to push vehicles and options on you that you don’t want or need. A pretty terrible and stressful situation turned into an easy and pleasant solution because of the excellent service and help we received in finding what we needed. Armando Vargas was beyond helpful and even tried to work as quickly as he could to get us in our new vehicle. With a limited budget, we were still able to find a truly wonderful vehicle for a really great deal. I couldn’t recommend Armando or Merchant’s more!
