The BMW owner should take on consideration by paying for little things like replacing the gas cap door for a customer who paid $130,000 for car that is not even one year old. A customer like that, will come back, but it takes money to make money. I was not pleased with the transaction. I already own a Benz, perhaps I might have to go back to Benz for a better service.
