I was pretty sure I knew what model I wanted. Test drove one with Michael, but needed to wait for another that Johanna (JoJo) informed me was in transit that would suit my needs better. This was after she had tried to get one from another dealer. The vehicle was there ahead of schedule and the sales staff was great.
I gave Johanna the information needed to get the paperwork going over the phone, went in on my lunch break and she had everything ready for me to sign. The team of sales, service, and detail had the vehicle ready for me to pick up by the end of the day.
