I bought a 2019 Nissan Altima and the check engine light came on 2 days later. I took it to Auto Zone and they gave a diagnostics that the Air Shutter grill was stuck off and need to be repaired. I took the car back to city auto they said they fixed it but didn’t cause the light came back on. I took it back a second time and they had the car for 2 days and they said it was fixed. Now it’s 3 months later and the car needs a new transmission because the issue that need to be fixed was never repaired by city auto. The car even stopped on me and the check engine light must be unplugged because it gave no hint that something was still wrong with the car for it to overheat. When I took it to an auto shop they put it on a machine and one of the issues that came up was the air shutter grill code that City Auto claimed to have fixed. I’m now stuck with a car that I paid city auto 18,000 for that’s only worth 9,000. And I can’t even trade the car in because there would be too much negative equity to carry over. Thanks City Auto for the Lemon ? Don’t buy a car from there. Beware.

Their finance department is just as good, knowledgeable and detailed, but low or no pressure. They explain all your options and let you decide.
