The Jeep looked great and my salesman Bill Sumners went over everything with me to a “T.” Ron in finance was great and had me out of there quickly, with a fair price on an extended warranty as well. What I respected the most is they appraised my trade and gave me numbers on the new Jeep 6 months before it arrived. When it came in they honored the 6 month old deal and never questioned it. The salesperson seems not passionate about selling and he used language like “I need to make money” to deter my price negotiation. Well, customers everywhere have the right to bargain to make sure the pricing is fair and reasonable for both sides–that’s how business works. No one would and is able to prohibit a car salesman from making his money and there is no need whatsoever to talk like that. I was amazed by a car dealer who used this type of coercive language to force a customer to accept MSRP. During the first formal meeting, they even did not give me a printed quote/worksheet, but only handwritten price, trade-in and fees on a piece of memo/invoice. No car dealers did this to me. All printed out a real worksheet with specifics related to what I wanted and what I offered as trade-in. Their service department forgot to put the regular tires in my car after putting on winter tires and we had to drive all the back from home to pick up the tires left in their garage. If your looking for serious service, BEWARE. While rebuilding the motor of my 2017 Escape, which was a $10,000 job that I had to pay out of pocket, the service team apparently cut the engine crankcase tubing during removal. Instead of replacing the $136.00 tube, they used hose clamps and a piece of water tubing. It is also worth mentioning that they also attempted to blame me for somehow breaking the steering wheel sensor that would case me to have to pay another couple thousand dollars after I picked up the vehicle with EVERY service light activated on the dash. Luckily Ford sided with me for the first time ever and forced the dealership to fix the steering sensor for free. Unbelievable.

Very nice experience from time on the lot, test drives, talking with sales, finance and management. Very courteous, low/no pressure sales. Up front about the used vehicles. Nice selection on both the new and used side. Ownership cares about getting you into a vehicle. But, not at the cost of feeling like you were taken or that it it is a vehicle you did not really want.
I received a history sheet on every vehicle, without even asking. I was interested in. They continued to be pleasant and patient even when I ended up test driving many more than usual number of cars. Never a grown, a roll of the eyes nor a negative word.
