3 months agoFast, reliable, and courteous service.They have two nice waiting areas: one where they offer tea & coffee and nice pub height tables and chairs; the second has comfy chairs, TV, and two private rooms off to the side if you need to be on the phone/laptop or just a quiet place to relax. They also offer rides in their courtesy van if you’d prefer to go shopping instead of waiting in their lounges.
My service was explained to great satisfaction and the charge was very reasonable for the work performed.
a month agoMy wife and I had an exceptional experience with Central Maine Motors. We recently purchased a used Wrangler from Tristan(he was great!). A couple of days after the purchase one of the managers called to inform us that they had ordered new brakes for the wrangler we bought but the parts had not come in before we bought it. Mind you, the brakes seemed fine, they didn’t feel brand new but there were no issues with them. They sent a driver up to Bangor to pick up the Jeep so they could put the brakes on. Upon getting the Jeep back we got another call from the manager to let us know that they had also replaced the tires on the Jeep while they were doing the brake work. I knew that in 18-24 months I’d need to replace the tires, but there was plenty of life left in them. We were pleasantly surprised and greatful that Central Maine Motors went way above and beyond even after the purchase was finalized. They could have easily not said a word about the brakes and they could have easily not put brand new tires on for us. My wife and I are both very impressed with their level of customer service and will definitely be back when it comes time for another vehicle purchase.2 weeks agoWe were very satisfied with Emmitt helping us purchase our van! Fast forward to now, looking for some service work while still under warranty and the service department is doing the same thing, refusing to answer calls or return voicemails. I would strongly recommend not purchasing anything from this dealership because once you sign on the dotted line all relationships are severed. You are just a dollar sign and a stepping stone to them. Maybe try quirks instead. They have been more help to me.

They just want to sell the cars. They work really hard for (you) the buyer, finding a finance company that will work with you. Finding the best deal possible. I didn’t peel the K&R sticker off my new car this time. Extremely happy with the salesmen this time around. They also let me comeback and get a second key made for each vehicle. Since each car only came with 1 key. My older car, I was even able to get buttons to lock, unlock, and open trunk. If only I thought of that years ago. Thank You K&R for helping us get a new car…AGAIN!!

I visited their lot many times to test drive vehicles before purchasing. Rob initially helped me test drive vehicles. Keith also helped me look at vehicles and made the final sale. Both men were kind and helpful. The paperwork and finance options were clearly explained to me. The vehicle was expertly cleaned.
Would have five stars except, although the vehicle was listed on their website, it was not cleaned when I purchased it so I had to go back to get it cleaned (for free). Also, I had to go back to sign paperwork and call to have other bureaucracy sorted out. Not bad, but not 5 stars.
