Sales staff were well dressed and polite. Facility was spotless.
The purchase process went quickly without pressure to purchase add ons, however they were offered.
The vehicle I wanted had to be shipped to Lexington. I paid the shipping fee but was under no obligation to purchase.
The new car was impeccably clean and well presented, including full of gas.
My entire purchase experience was a low pressure, polite experience and so far the new car is doing well.

We have had numerous car purchases over the years but I have to say this was the best experience yet. We were provided a printout of the vehicles information for the test drive with next to no wait. During the purchase process we actually changed our minds to a different model that had to be delivered from another location and Matt, our salesperson was exceedingly helpful! When it came time to purchase one of the gentlemen in service had to walk us through the final paperwork and though he said he didn’t do this often he was very thorough and knowledgeable.
I am very impressed with the service we have had so far with a couple of parts that had to be ordered.
