5 months agoParkway Motors 10/10 Larry made everything easy and went out of his way to make sure we got to drive home in the car we wanted the same day we walked in his door.. I was being ran around about paperwork and other things by another dealership I waited about 2 weeks made multiple trips was told I could come sign papers and get the car but that same day we spoke with parkway motors and decided to go with Larry and get our Acura TLX and we couldn’t be happier ! Larry made sure to give us a warranty and feel as comfortable as possible and informed through the whole process..the car was detailed inside and out and I couldn’t be happier!! I’ll be recommending this dealership to everyone I know! When it’s time for a new car and a car for our kids we will definitely be buying from Larry againa month agoGreat dealership to do business with, i just bought a 2018 silverado and Larry was very helpful and a great person to buy from, the process was very quick, and larry even sacrificed a bit for himself to help secure financing for the vehicle, the process was quick and enjoyable. However the vehicle has been an absolute disaster. I understand it is a used vehicle but this is the worst car experience I have had. I had to take the car in for repairs soon after purchase which Larry did pay for for the CV Axle, I had to take the car back because the brake shield was grinding, exhaust shield fell onto the muffler, taillight has a bad seal, air box is stripped out, parts missing. Called Larry about the car leaking oil, coolant, and transmission fluid EVERYWHERE. Took it in the get it repaired, he did cover the parts cost but was still a lot to fix the car. Got it back drove it for a few days and it is STILL leaking oil all over the place. We got the car back with the wipers on backwards, the air box not put back together, covered in fluids. We cleaned it up to watch for leaks and sure enough it’s leaking yet again and having issues with the turbo. This was suppose to last our family, and now I’m looking at a massive hit on what I paid for the car. This is my worst buying experience. I understand the risks of used vehicles but this has been absolutely terrible. I do appreciate Larry paying for some of my expenses but I hadn’t even drove 2,000 miles with this car.5 months agoLarry is hands down one of the most down to earth used car dealer you can find around the lake. He went over and beyond to get me the car i needed and when i needed it. He walks you through every step and explains as needed. I will 100% buy another from him in the future and would recommend him for anyone that is in the market for a used car.a year agoI cannot say enough good things about this dealer. Larry truly goes above and beyond what most dealers are willing to do. He was so helpful and so patient with us. I saw the car a week ago and test drove and I loved it. In the few short months I have owned it, I have had to replace so many parts. I suggest you steer clear of their sales! Some items replaced, but not all…. the actuator door (over 300.00), struts and shocks (765.00), battery (138.00)…. still in need of a wire harness to get the after market radio hooked up, which should have been done….. there are other minor but costly parts still needed… but I have to stop… get caught up financially… then continue on replacing parts that the shady dealer should have been responsible for… be leery of the term “as is” when dealing with Licas
Was told they’d put me in something for a couple payments to build trust then would be put in something nicer for me and my 3 kids. Instead they put me in the trashiest trailblazer no speakers dents all around it with no heat or AC. I tried to reach out so they could keep there word and put me in something nicer. Instead they sold my note and ignore all my forms of contact. So watch out!.
