Billing department forces you to agree to promise to pays even though you tell them you can’t and then berates you on the phone when you tell the you don’t have the full amount they forced you to agree too. I paid my loan down to $11k and someone forgot to put in the decimal place after my last payment so now it’s being reported as a $1.1million loan. I disputed it on Equifax and Transunion but I just got a letter saying this company just said the amount was correct. Really sad a company like this can’t acknowledge their own mistake and fix it. Wish I could give them 0 stars. I bought a car from them less than a month ago. Of course they tell you whatever you wanna hear while you’re there. Less than a month the paint is completely gone off the front of the car, they won’t fix it, sends me to the extended warranty company and they don’t fix cosmetic. Cost me $500 out of pocket because the paint fell off my car. Awful place to buy a car.
Needed a car for our son and stopped in after work. The manager was very helpful, friendly and nice. He got us in and out. Told us good and bad about the cars we were interested in and had no pressure felt for buying. Let us test drive and did not rush our decision. Left with a decent car for our son.
