This is a mixed review for a used car purchase. On the one hand, I have nothing but praise for the professionalism, knowledge, promptness, and friendliness of the staff, especially in sales, finance, and service departments.
On the other hand, there were definitely issues with the vehicle that I desired to resolve but was not able. The Service Department went above and beyond in fixing a very expensive known issue with the particular make and model I purchased, gratis–they did not have to do that. They even came and picked up the vehicle in Columbia to continue diagnosing a separate problem. When it came to other significant issues revealed by my local mechanic, the service department was not open and forthright. After two attempts, the problem was not resolved. I am not saying they should have taken care these things prior to sale (although one could make that argument from a mechanic’s opinion), but rather in good faith their technicians could have informed me of the obvious issues. After the sale, it left a sour taste in my mouth that I had to wrangle unsuccessfully for answers about the true nature of the problems with the car. Communication was difficult, and it felt as though the dealer was withholding known information.

Good dealership to do business with. Jon was my salesman and did a great job. I called from out of town about a car and was told it was in tip top shape. Upon arrival there was a couple things wrong with the car. They made it right by fixing the issues. I then sold them my truck and was offered a fair deal. Everything was good my only recommendation is that there needs to be a little more attention to detail in all aspects to avoid confusion and delays for the customer. Either way, I’m happy with the business I’ve done with them and I would use them again.

Have never had this good of experience buying a vehicle. Was satisfied with the price, told the salesman I would need to put on assist steps, he said they would put steps on the truck. The steps and installation were included in the price. All paperwork was done but DocuSign. All I need to do is take a check and get the vehicle. Very pleased.
Bought a new vehicle and traded in one too, have nothing but good things to say about our sales person Remy. However finance has work to do, we specifically requested to finance with GM Financial right before we filled out the application a day before picking up vehicle, due to the special rates on the vehicle we bought. When we arrived to pick up the vehicle the finance manager had sent it to 3 other banks and not GM. So, yes got 4 credit hits total and did ended up financing with GM. 6 weeks later we hadn’t received our paperwork to register our new vehicle when we called the finance manager was told it was because he was waiting for the title to the vehicle we traded. In a nut shell, they weren’t releasing paperwork for our new vehicle until they received the title our old vehicle. Not a pleasant experience.
