I had a great experience here. Jeff my salesperson exhibited exemplary costumer service skills and was very knowledgeable. Chris did everything that he could to get me in my new car. I’m happy with my purchase! I had to edit my review because I left out a person unintentionally. Kaila was a tremendous part of the process of making it possible for me to walk a way with a car. She was very kind, and she knows her job very well. Together this team did their thing!! I was able to trade in my car and only put 10 cents down on my new car. I will add this disclaimer, the 10 cent’s down part depends on what you have going on personally, as far credit, income, etc. You have to qualify for that. But all in all. They said what the commercial said that they were going to do. Buy my car and put me in a newer car with 10 cents down. ????
My week Started off with crippling depression. Thursday I woke up feeling good then that night my Engine threw a rod and was done. 60 dollars until a week later when I get paid to last me.
First dealership I thought of was Mcleoud 1 dime down ughhh those annoying radio commercials but I have no money for a down payment and my credit is HORRIBLE! But I had no choice had to shoot my shot.
Filled out app online called up Jeffrey. Had to bum a ride to see him for initial visit. Jeffrey was cool understanding and let me vent due to the fact I was not trying to be fooled around with by any car salesman I just don’t have time.
He followed up later that day I came in and provided more info. He suggested a couple signer got that done.
My place of employment is losing patience with me and I can tell I absolutely have to have a car by the end of the week.
Drove from Austin to Killeen Saturday to speak to Quill. She was very kind attentive and between her and Jeffrey I could tell they were trying very hard to help me.
Quill gave me my financing options being broke and rent due I opted for the 500 down which I couldn’t afford but I had no choice. Quill ran I back to the finance department 30 min later she comes back and says “How does this work” ZERO DOWN !!!!!! Yea I’m like that works perfect! Before the option to see my financing options she brought out this Beautiful 2015 Accord that I didn’t even want to look at because I knew I couldn’t afford it now that I saw I could I gave it a test drive.
Now Monday arrives time to pick up the car. I get with my insurance company in the morning get quote. Get off work drive from atx to killeen and at 6:50 My insurance company says they don’t cover bell county!!!!! I had to get a ride to get here now it looks like I’m stuck.
Jeffrey pulls out some insurance cards I calm em and by 7:30 which McLeod closed at 7. I’m driving off in my Honda Accord!
