2 months agoI just picked up the 3rd vehicle I’ve purchased from Archibald’s. Guy Adams helped me with the latest two. He was easy to work with, he had my desires in mind showing me vehicles, and worked to get what I wanted without pressure. The vehicles at Archibald’s are top notch and they made sure I was fully satisfied with it. I highly recommend Archibald’s and Guy in particular (although I’m sure the sales personnel are just as good).4 weeks agoWe bought a Tesla. 2021 model Y long range all wheel drive with acceleration boost. Electric cars are polarizing(pardon the pun), but it makes sense for us. It isn’t to save the planet, our other car is an F350 diesel. We have the at home 50 amp plug in, so I come home from work, plug it in and even before bed it’s fully charged ready to go. We may not do long distance travel in it, as many know, we have three dogs so we’ll probably take the truck. But we did take it to Spokane and honestly, it brought the fun back to driving. I own a Harley, Ang owns a spider, so we’re aware of the concept”the journey is part of the fun” and it’s true with this car. We got to the charging station, plugged in, went to the bathroom, bought a couple things and it was nearly charged. This was almost disappointing because it has multiple activities you can do while you wait, including beach buggy 2, using the cars own steering wheel and brake petal to play! Anyway, once we hit the road, the “ooh scary” autopilot made the drive unbelievably fun while kicked back listening to the 15 speaker premium stereo system. “It’s gonna cost you thousands if the battery goes bad”… Not true for many years. The car has unbelievable warranty coverage so worry free ownership for a long long time. When we got to the hotel, sentry mode was another amazing feature. The car has six external cameras and one internal camera that we can access on our phone, all the while, it’s actively monitoring any activity going on near the car and records when someone gets near it Power! The car came with the acceleration boost which makes it a 4 second (possibly sub) 0 to 60 vehicle, making it much faster then my mustang 5.0 (yes, we traded it in, don’t hate). I’m a car guy. Also I love tech. We love this car! There’s literally dozens more things I could mention it does or has… If we reach a point where things have gone bad and we no longer love it or have issues, I’ll update this story. Btw, did I mention that we probably paid less then you did if you bought a 2 year old or newer car lately? It’s true… Thanks Archibald’s! We bought a Tesla and we love it!3 months agoI’m living near Portland. Got the car I wanted at a reasonable price. The salesman, Guy Adams, was knowledgeable, honest and had integrity. I traveled 200 miles to purchase the car, and wasn’t worried about the deal changing once I made the journey. Overall was a good buying experience at Archibald’s, and feel comfortable recommending them to my friends.5 months agoFirst time purchaser from Archibald’s! Stopped by at closing time for a peak at my future car. Hated being “that customer” so near closing time but I had to see it. Luis was accommodating and wasn’t bothered by my being there that late and let me check it out! Fast forward to the next morning and I’m doing paperwork. Had stellar service from the team that got me in my dream spec Chevy Sonic. Luis was considerate of my time and accommodating of me, displaying excellent customer service while being a pleasure to talk to throughout the process and made the whole deal with my trade in a breeze. Johnny was informative on the additional options for car coverage toward the end of signing while giving me the pros of each.Having had less than ideal service at other dealerships in the past, I am all too familiar with bad service, making me cautious with whom I deal with. Archibald’s is different. The level at which they operate is what other dealerships should strive for.
3 weeks agoTook a leap of faith and purchased a 3rd generation Tacoma from Archibald’s, sight-unseen. My confidence was bolstered by a Carfax history for the vehicle and salesperson Bryan’s willingness to answer all of my questions and provide additional photos. Archibald’s price was the best I’d seen, nationwide, for the relatively rare 3rd gen Tacoma TRD Off-road with manual transmission. Bryan met me at the Pasco airport with the truck and I was able to drive it to the dealership to finalize the paperwork. I then drove 1,000 miles back to Colorado without a single issue or surprise. The truck was in excellent condition and was exactly as described. Archibald’s saved me about $4,000 versus the next best deal I found in my nationwide search. I’m happy with my decision to go with them and would recommend others to do so.
