3 months agoI bought my Ram 1500 from Kendall of Soldotna in 2013 and never have taken it anywhere else for regular maintenance or service work. The folks in the Service Department are very friendly and courteous. The shop personnel are great, especially when the truck is just due for the oil change, they get it in and out while I wait. I even take my other Ford F250 truck in there for oil changes.a week agoShout out to Service Advisor Daniel and Mechanic Calvin! My family and I couldn’t have asked for better customer service!While driving from Homer to Wasilla (middle of winter) my Ram notified me that I would be going into limp mode in 150 miles. Able to get to Soldotna these two guys got us in, diagnosed the problem and had us back on the road the next day. Calvin explained the issues and ensured the repairs were completed allowing us a smooth ride home. Daniel coordinated transportation to and from a hotel, all the while keeping us updated on the progress of the repair. We couldn’t have asked for better hospitality and customer service. Thanks a ton!!!
3 months agoSam and Daniel were able to get my 4wheel alignment done earlier than promised, and for less than I expected to pay. They arranged a ride for me to and from the service department. The team in the service department really went above and beyond when receiving my vehicle and had it back on the road in minimal time. I cannot thank them enough for salvaging our time there and would not hesitate to recommend them.
