5 months agoKatherine is the awesome. I walked in at 10a Saturday. She was there all day by herself. By the time i left there were 5 other couples. She was handling them all. I got the vehicle no one wanted and no one could drive. 5 speed transmission. So happy. Not to driving little cars, but the Honda fit seems to be just that. A Fit. All i wanna do is drive.08022023 Vehicle issues, is that a car I haven’t even had a chance to register needs a new motor. The fast that CAR HOP has no way you talk to the service department to check on the status of repairs of said vehicle that I have not been able to utilize for work in order to make a car payment. No, updates at all. The fact the repair shop doesn’t even order parts but car Hop does and then forwards to the repair shop. Is crazy. And no way to contact at all to get any type of timeliness.
3 months agoJust bought a vehicle with a very low down payment, and sort of low monthly payments. I also don’t have ideal credit. Huge bonus for me. A couple issues in the car but they say they will fix these problems with no out of pocket costs for me. I will come back with an update. I’m very skeptical of buying from any dealer so the trust is always low. Beside that everyone was very helpful in my visit today and I get to drive out with a new for me vehicle. They only offered us 1 car, they promised us that they would work on payments with us if an issue ever happens, they did not. They said we broke the dash where the Manuel is kept, it was broken when we got it, they said almost a year ago that they had ordered us the missing seat we still don’t have one, we’ve replaced so many things in the car it’s ridiculous and even our mechanic is angry at them, they said they gave us a new battery they did not and it was filled with water because it froze solid, all in all don’t go here they will screw you over then laugh about it.4 months agoThey are AMAZING! WAS purchasing a 2008 Kia Sportage and had to spend $4,212 to get the transmission&passenger axle done within 2 weeks of owning the vehicle ?. Not a very reputable car lot. For their “Inspection” they simply slap a sticker on it and call it a day. These cars WILL LEAVE YOU STRANDED.
I love this place. Ive been working with them for over 5 years. They recently let me trade my car in and 2-3 days later there was an issue with the ignition. They sent out a locksmith the next day to my home and he rebuilt it within an hour.
They always go above and beyond esPecially if you make your payments on time,as I do. Go check them out
THIS PLACE DISCRIMINATES AND TRIES TO TAKE ADVANTAGE AGAINST THE DISABLED DON’T GO HERE!! Icalled this place as I lived a couple hours away to make sure they could work with me and I was told YES, I was told they have a ton of inventory and down payments from $800-1200. I make the drive down there and they have ONLY 2 vehicle, no problem I see a van I want (1,000 down payment) Now they start making a fuss about I’m too far away, ok we finally get past that mess I show my proof of income “Well if you are disabled we need a higher down payment” whatever i need this vehicle for my family so now tthe down payment is 1,500 just because i have a disability. They go to the back room and do some whispering , now they come back out and the vntthey were about to sell me now all of a sudden someone already bought that (yeah, right) they say the car out there is the same price, same down payment the car won’t fit my family but it’ll get me to work i check it out THIS CAR HAS 300,000 miles on it they trying to sell for 7,000 and a huge down payment because I’m disabled. They have been trying to sell this POS for a a hot minute as soon as I said I didn’t want it they threw MAJOR ATTITUDE. They thoutinwAs stupid and going to me and my family a car that wouldn’t drive me down the street for this much money all because they tried to take advantage of my disability I’m reporting to to the BBB as well. TERRIBLE BUSINESS
The only place that approved me for a vehicle the same day I thank god for them and there service great visit and very fast service I really appreciate you guys I got the car I wanted and I’m very happy I highly recommend!!!!.
