If you are tired of the usual used car salesman pitch I highly recommend going to CarMax in Gulfport Mississippi.. The staff greeted us with in a very friendly manner and gave us an option to browse or have a guided tour of the vehicles…no pushy salesman pitch to deal with. The staff was very courteous in answering the questions we did have and were very helpful. I cannot say enough good things about Carmax in Gulfport, Mississippi. The people who work here will bend over backwards to make sure you find a car you love and to see that you are happy with your purchase. There’s never any pressure to buy and you can roam around the lot and look as much as you want. You can test drive as many vehicles as you want as often as you would like. Having a vehicle shipped from another state is no problem. They will help you with that process as well. I recently purchased a Camaro from Carmax and had it shipped from Georgia. Upon arrival there were a few things that needed to be done such as a headlight assembly that needed to be replaced and tires that needed to be replaced. Carmax took care of this for me along with providing a loaner vehicle while the work was being done.
Everything about the process was easy, and all of my questions were answered. The staff is friendly and helpful. Carmax sets an example that other dealerships should follow. They treat their customers with respect and make the buying process enjoyable and easy. There are no hidden fees and the best part is if you are unhappy you can always get your money back in full within 30 days, and if there are any problems with your vehicle, they will fix it within 90 days. I mean fix completely! Labor parts and all! They stand by their promises and truly want their customers to be happy. They also offer the best prices if you want to trade in your vehicle or sell your vehicle. No one else would give me what the trade-in value of my Hummer was worth, except for Carmax. I have purchased two vehicles from this company now in the last four years and I will tell you I will never go back to a regular dealership again.
