a month agoYou know, I’m not from Flagstaff nor do I know anything about Flagstaff. I’m purely here for work. Place is quite on the high priced side of things and I thought CO was bad. I got into a work situation and unfortunately but maybe fortunately, I had to purchase a vehicle. I was actually looking at night time and I got a text from this number at this dealership. Her name is Val de la Torres, beautiful young lady and very good on the customer service side of things. She knew what I wanted and she was straight to the point. Every time she came with an answer and I didn’t quite like it, she just smiled and stayed quiet. The answer was something I could take or leave but she did everything she could to make it work. I realized that buying a vehicle today is very different from even 2 years ago. The numbers could be better but who’s numbers are perfect? They gave options which put me at ease. Then the finance guy was very honest and open with me and helped me with a ride home, thank you. I’m not sure how the other sells people are but Val was excellent. Sometimes, it isn’t just about the sell but she wouldn’t let me leave as she knew it wasn’t just a want but a need at this time. She has a different sales approach and I think I like it.
