  Once the check engine light was read they immediately set to work on a solution. Walters did not have a fuel filter control module and neither did GMC national supply house have any in stock. I had personally checked at another dealership and at all local auto parts stores trying to locate one but they all informed me there was none to be had. Service personnel on their own found one at another dealership and made arrangements to obtained it. The part was secured on a Friday and installed. I especially want to give thanks to an extremely customer oriented individual,Pam. I had purchased an extended warranty myself and she worked tirelessly in securing information from them so that it could help with payment of my bill. Me and my wife had camping reservation for the next week at Kentucky Horse Park and would not have been able to keep those reservation if it had not been for her patience in securing authorization from my warranty plan. Due to her work in securing my warranty information and the service department work we did not have to break our vacation plans and I can’t give their service personnel, especially Pam’s, enough accolades. To me this represents what customer service is in its finest. I have told many of my friends of my experience with this dealership and especially of their personnel.

  Bought a vehicle here and waited til they told me they found a good one. The engine leaks on top of other problems the vehicle came with, they refused to fix these problems and was told they would find a replacement vehicle but that was months ago and haven’t heard from them since. They knew of these problems and still decided to sell it saying it was a great car with nothing wrong with it. I highly recommend going somewhere else, I know multiple people with similar stories.

  Absolutely the rudest service department. Every time I’ve been in there for my 2021 blazer to be serviced (and believe my it’s been a lot) they have always had nothing but attitude. They need to realize that people seems to get a little aggravated when they pay 50 thousand for a car then can’t trust it to even take it to Walmart. Had it in there 3 times in the last 6 months for not starting first time they said it was a ground(not) second time reset computer (not) third time after having it towed in because it wouldn’t start. They tried to tell me they started it up and pulled it into the bay ( likely story) Needless to say went straight from there and sold it to Tim Short. BEWARE don’t buy a new blazer
