I searched all over the state of Ohio for a great deal on a clean Element and they had one. Had a great experience with the staff. Treated my family great too gave them donuts. If you’re looking for a great used car please come to this lot.a month agoIn 2017 I bought a 2014 Chevy Equinox from these folks and even with the high mileage (164,000) it got me from A to B until 12/2023 when I traded it in. These people treated me well and I was very satisfied with the car. Today another used car salesman told me that he never hears from people who were happy with their purchase but the unhappy customers will scream from the rooftops! Update #2: Finally received a Ford Fusion loaner after 2wks on Friday. It came with expired tags since September, and detailed with a half eaten Slim Jim on the back seat. Daughter drove it to school this morning, check engine light popped ON + now doors won’t unlock and she’s stuck. One day they’ll get things right, still can’t get it right. Just a complete disaster. 8mos n running. No ETA on the Jetta either.
UPDATE:Zero phone calls in over 2wks. No loaner furnished. Couldn’t repair both tires and update tags and just retui the same loaner. Zero contact, won’t return any calls. Sold a lemon, and now can’t handle the circumstances. All starts at the top, doesn’t care, no action. Truly a ridiculous situation. Never trust these guys.
Paid cash for a ’17 VW in April for my 16yo daughter. Car had computer issues Day 1, EVERYONE knew, including sales. They lied about everything from the jump, and 8mos later, still don’t have the car. Waiting on the computer part to come in, it’s sitting at a VW dealership. While waiting, they provided 2 loaners, the first one stopped working, had to have it towed. The 2nd loaner was given with tags that were due to expire in weeks with a donut on it for my daughter to drive, and 2mos later, now it’s sitting in my driveway with a different flat tire that has METAL EXPOSED. They tried to get me to drive the car in days before I had hip replacement surgery, bc that was easiest for them, and made no offer to come pick it up, or replace it with a vehicle that didn’t look like something that didn’t look like a homeless person was living in it. There is no worse customer service in Cleveland. Simply the worst experience ever. Dont expect management to care, bc they don’t. That’s been proven. Kyle is never available to talk, did nothing to help the entire time, which has been verified, and his boss approves bc I’ve never been contacted by anyone above, NOT ONCE. Simply can’t be trusted. BEWARE and stay away. Not worth it, ever. 2nd loaner below. Will update after calling this morning to tell them to pick up the hooptie and bring me a car that works and isn’t a deathtrap. I’m 99% sure they’ll ask me to drive down on 2 dead hips to pickup the 3rd clunker. TBD
BUB was excellent! Professional,efficient, transparent, and just a pleasant human being. While we haven’t had the vehicle more than a day I can’t speak to that. I highly recommend BUB, the process is different than other dealerships in a positive experience.
Came thinking there was no way I could get a new vehicle. But Jeremy Bushelon and his team made a way. I wasn’t able to get the “dream car”, but got something that exceeded my expectations to the fullest. He made the process plain and simple! Stayed with me through the whole process and when it came to the financing portion, it was simple and to the point. I left with a clear understanding of my terms and my vehicle.
