Highly recommend their affordable and reliable service!2 months agoGrabbed a car from here,ran well after some TLC..but probably should do TLC on their own vehicles especially if they wanna sell them above market value..cars are sold with flat tires and dead battery’s etc and not even cleaned out..had to pull spaghetti off my floorboard…they do try to work with you but this is solely my opinion..might return in the future.(Update) No sir this is not a troll post I’m using my nickname for my Google account. I brought my Oddysey in because of a battery/alternator issue. I had taken my vehicle to another mechanic for this same issue just a few years ago so I brought it to CAH hoping to get better results. The owner did a timely inspection of my vehicle and was very transparent about the different issues he saw. The service I received from CAH was informative, transparent and timely. In addition the price was very reasonable compared to my experiences at other auto-mechanics in the past. Wouldn’t recommend using this body shop for any repairs…. Took my car in for a small collision I was in my car was not painted the correct color …. Then when I ask about it …. I was giving the run around & was never called back ….. had a 2nd collision & yes I took my car back only cause I wanted my color painted how it was when they received it …. So how about they dt check anything after the repairs they do it was a piece missing off my windshield but they replaced it … how about when it got cold outside I tried starting my car up with my Chevy app & key fob it didn’t start only to take my car in for a diagnosis & they tells me that these guys never hooked my remote starter back up I had to pay 186 bucks for something I didn’t do I tried asking them to reimburse me for the cost & the blamed me … my insurance company paid them a lot of money to fix my car & they failed ? I’m getting my insurance company involved

My mother tried getting a car. The guy lead her on telling her she was approved and then told her she wasn’t after the holiday. Their add says they can get anyone approved and you leave with a car or 1000 dollar express card. That’s a false advertisement. Asked about that and he replied with well I got you approved but you need 5,000-8,000 down to take the car or you gotta pay 750 a month. Another dealership that runs your credit with no guarantee. They just say that to get your hopes up and then shoot you down.
Was told they had a car for me, when I showed up the car was not here. When trying to look at another car it was an additional 100 a month on payments. They did not offer anything to help with all the inconveniences I have been through. I took an Uber to get here and their reimbursement for my inconvenience of everything they give me $50 in kroger gift cards. I do not suggest coming here at all.
