  I called to schedule a bronze detail that was part of my advantage package when I bought my car. I asked what all was included in this detail and how long it would take. The lady who scheduled me told me 30 mins. When I got there Cassandra laughed when I said I’d wait for my car to be done. She said it’ll be 2-3 hrs. I said not what the lady on the phone said. She laughed at me again. Then after over 4 hours of waiting, I went to check on how much longer. Cassandra laughed again at me as my keys have been sitting on the counter. But never came to waiting room to tell me my car was done. Horrible service. Plus the employee behind desk in waiting room had her mask on but on her chin. Not covering her mouth or nose. But asked customers to put their masks on. ? ridiculous!

  I had to call several times to get an update. The service representative at the front was very rude, nasty and unprofessional. If you’re worried about hidden and added fees, go far away from here. For my tow the would not remove a $75 key fee because they couldn’t find the key in my unlocked vehicle but found it after it was towed and I told them where it was, the fee remained. Then I receive over $100 in clean up fees but on site nothing was broken or shattered. They take forever to follow back up because they charge a $55 storage fee a day, while they take forever to look at your vehicle till you decide if you even want to go with them. Off of their scans and unprofessionalism I would never recommend.

  Auto credit, your worker Chris is bad for business I got approved on Friday for a 2015 Chevy Malibu with 80k miles. Today I spoke to Chris and he wanted to act like he didn’t tell me I was approved. He is a terrible worker. I really hope you do see this review I’m leaving for you If I wasn’t approved why’d you tell me I was approved on Friday.? Why’d you waste my time.? You said I was approved now I’m not.?   They showed me a car that had just been brought in 20 minutes before I arrived & it had the check engine light on. They had me waiting a week to get the car then when I got it they forgot my temporary registration sticker so I was driving without a registration. My check engine light then came on while I was driving, I have not been able to drive my car since I took it back a week after I got it due to them changing whats wrong with it in the transmission. I received my first car payment last week, and just received my first car insurance bill & I haven’t been able to drive my car but for three days since I bought it in beginning of January. I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

  The sales guy we had was saying almost nothing but lies. I caught him lying many times. The cars are overpriced, 100+, and very very old. The car was new on the lot this morning he said. but the car was fixed in the last week. How is that possible if you just got the car, you already fixed it and had it to the garage? I don’t think so. Definitely avoid this place like the plague. I love Ed Shults, but sadly this is horrible and just out to make money off of low-income families by selling them credit, not cars… If you need credit, get a secured card from a bank and be responsible. I will never park my car in their parking lot again.

  Bought a car from them took it there 4 times it had bad back brakes. They never even touched them it still making the same noise when I brought it there.. Needed a wiper switch they said it was to expensive to fix they are huge joke and lier I would not give my recamenation to my worse enemy never go to them

  Do not support this business they lie! I wanted to buy a car but it had so many issues and the owner said this is a “buy as is and you need credit” he then said “we sell cars all the time” no you don’t those cars have been sitting there for years and don’t run. How ever Shawn is a great salesman but the owner is all about money and since you sell cars all the time I guess you don’t want my business then. Why put up flags everywhere that says little to no credit then say otherwise.

  I will start off by saying my first experience here wasn’t the best eight months ago but I figured I would give them another try. Stopped in and told them what I was looking to spend on a car. Showed me a car they just took in the night before on trade. I’m not much of a Ford person myself (bad experiences with Fords) but told me about the car as I was looking. I was ready to walk away and I’m sure he picked up on that and asked if I wanted to take it for a test drive. My boyfriend insisted that I atleast take it for a drive. Well I fell in love with the car. Sold me the car at a fair price and even helped me out a little. Will definitely be back again for my next car. Thank you for the great experience the second time around!
