The purchase process is quick and painless – imagine that! If something is not right, they will do whatever is in their power to make it right. I’ve purchased / traded in multiple cars through multiple CarMax locations and my kids have gotten cars through them. No hassles.
The price is the price. Don’t come in here expecting to “haggle”. Gone are the days of haggling, waiting for the sales staff to “check with the manager” only to come out with a paper filled with red marker letting you know it’s more expensive than you wanted. Nope! Done with that mess.

2 months agoI’ll never buy a used car from a dealer again. This was incredibly stress-free and seamless. We found the exact car we wanted online and had it delivered. The process was quick and smooth. Jon was pleasant and didn’t push anything on us — we even took advantage of their 30 day return policy and exchanged the first one for the second one that had fewer miles. First rate experience.a week agoBuying exp was great no hassles. When the car was delivered it was filthy with dog hair on the inside and cigarette ashes on the dash and seats. Then in general just dirt. I work in the car industry and never heard of someone selling a filthy vehicle. Also while cleaning under the seats found broken wine glasses luckily did not get cut. We’re thinking about bringing back before the 30days due to being scared of what else may be wrong. Also vehicle was a 1.5 quarts low on oil so doubtful that oil was even changed. This vehicle is going to cost over 300 to Abe inside hair and filth detailed. We may still bring it back. Have not decided yet.
