  I decided to change the review I first made about AutoNation. I decided to change it because I do appreciate being able to obtain a vehicle because of the money I am able to save by having my own car. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because I feel like beware of things ahead of time like, the 5 days to be able to return the car for full refund started the day of signing the deal. I also would have like to be told the Vehicle protection plan was a option instead of just charging for it without letting me know. I blame some of it myself because I examine the documents. I was however able to cancel the plan for a full refund.

  I want to mention Craig and Ace personally because of their customer service. Craig was the salesman I worked with and he has a comfortable feel to his personality and it was a pleasure working with him. Ace also customer service was great and whenever he saw me, he engaged me in a conversation. He was able to work things out to get me a vehicle.

  Even with I mentioned those things that disappointed me, I still would recommend them if you need a vehicle. I would use them again int the future. Thank you for the help that was giving and I am also going to apologize for my earlier review because I feel some of it was on me for not taking more time to review things.

He was knowledgeable, professional, courteous and did not put any pressure on us prior to, or during the sale. By far one of the best car salesmen I’ve encountered. We also had a very set budget to work with, and both Jordy and the owner, Stephen, went above and beyond to make sure we never went above that number.
