The staff there are all friendly and helpful. My salesperson, Jordan was very accommodating. The car I wanted was in another location. She retrieved it for me so I can see the car for myself. Had it cleaned up before I got there. Nice touch! They were very flexible with my trade-in needs. Traded in my Jeep but I still needed to keep it for while they made some maintenance work on the BMW.There was some communication confusion but the GM, Andre was able to help resolve and get me rolling.

Andy also made sure everything was in perfect condition before letting me drive it off the lot and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience from start to finish and all at such a reasonable price.

4 months agoI had a wonderful experience with Car Coast. Andy made the car buying experience seamless, and there was also no pressure to buy a car the day that I test drove. Their take on car sales is much different than any other dealership that I have been to.I was able to set up an appointment to test drive the car, Andy was able to get back to me pretty soon after I put in the request and the next morning I was test driving the car. I also wanted to trade in my car, which they were able to look at during the test drive. They offered a reasonable trade in and was able to get the car same day.
I would recommend to anyone in the Charleston area to check out Car Coast, as this was one of the easiest car buying processes with such great customer service!
a year agoCouldn’t be happier. Found the perfect car I was looking for at a very fair price. Andy made the buying process very easy and has been extremely helpful even after the sale. Any time the car has an issue I just text him and he responds almost immediately. He even bought an expensive replacement part for my car and didn’t make me pay a dime out of my pocket. All in all I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxury car in the Charleston area!
