We were 200 miles from home and had an unexpected major breakdown with our former car resulting in need for a trade. From our sales associate, Noble, who warmly greeted us and is extremely knowledgeable about their inventory and able to quickly and accurately assess our needs–to the Sales Director, Dean, who knows cars inside out and wasn’t afraid to crawl into the engine of our damaged car–to John, Finance Manager, who had the best options and made the process quick, easy and enjoyable–to their Service Dept who did a great job finding and fixing a quick warranty repair needed–to Larry, who picked up and delivered our car for the service.
